This museum was created by a grandmother, she spent a good part of her life collecting anything relating to erotica. The displays are interesting and depict the act of sex and erotica throughout the centuries in many societies. Much of it fun some disturbing some educational but all tastefully done.

Definitely lots of stuff to look at. It's pretty interesting to see old versions of stuff that's used today!

We had a Groupon for this experience and was interested to how it compared to the erotic museum in Las Vegas and found that it was more educational and contained a lot more artifacts, paintings, pictures, sketches, sculptures and furniture highlighting human sexuality and phallic symbols than the one in Vegas. (The two museums are not related.) The collection reflects... More

Well worth a visit . It opened my eyes to art with a difference . It was actually educational , especially to how erotic other cultures and countries are . Very interesting .

it was not too cool.I've been there with my girlfriend in September,so there were nobody but we. Big guy on the front told us there is no tour Gide,so you have to look around by yourself, just reading staff(which is almost impossible, because tons of nude posters and pictures distracting a lot))the most fun thing was the pan I bought on the... A large collection of erotic art from everywhere. Sometimes the amount is overwhelming, but still worth the time. Phallic symbols have existed since people have existed and there are many ancient pieces here. The newer pieces are worth seeing also. We enjoyed it.

This is the preserved collection of erotic art in many different forms collected by a Jewish grandmother who got started looking for something "sexy" for her grandson's apartment. The collection is global in scope and contains some genuinely outstanding items. It also contains some stuff that looks very much like the stuff you can buy at the curio shop on... More

Interesting pieces, lots of penises going into different slots.. The collection was large enough, but the presentation (ordering and grouping) did not make sense to me. I'd rather have seen them sorted chronologically or by culture. There were only few written notes (explanations or impressions), and I would have liked more.

Thank wilhelmiina
