It was an amazing experience to practice yoga on the beach with a community of people, and I love that it is so welcoming and open. My one caveat...if you practice yoga regularly you may have to channel deeper Ujjayi Pranayama to avoid rolling your eyes in frustration. I have never been to a yoga class that doesn't provide some... More

They have two, donation based classes a day, we did the 6pm on a Saturday- what a wonderful way to quiet ourselves and recenter our Zen after partying! Took a lovely walk at sunset back to our hotel, smiling with positive energy. Yoga practice in front of the ocean with a wonderful guide and teacher was a one of my... More

Perfect way to start the morning in South Beach. We had Pom as our instructor - she was very nice and full of energy. The yoga itself is very beginner-based, but it's more about the experience - doing yoga on the beach overlooking the ocean with a great instructor. It's pay by donation - but these instructors deserve to be... More

I attended 3rd st. yoga three times will visiting family in Miami. I've always practiced indoors and I found the beach practice to be very spiritual in an unexpected way. Classes are donation based and bring your own towel. Some of the instructors have props with them, but if you know you'll need a strap, I'd pack one just in... More

Such a cute yoga class. People gather with their towels near 3rd street - the lifeguard tower on the beach - to do some vinyasa. Our teacher had a lovely accented voice, that was sometimes hard to hear in the wind (but maybe it was partially our fault for shying away from the front). The teacher was helpful, provided lots... Went to one of the morning sessions during my stay in south beach and it was one of my favorite experiences. I am by no means a yoga fanatic, but throughly enjoyed the experience. Gabrielle was a great instructor and watching the sunrise on the beach was a great way to start the day!

I attended one morning session that lasted 1 1/2 hours & really enjoyed it. The instructor was very good & was helpful to anyone who needed it. The class was aimed at all levels. Although it's free you feel that the quality of the instruction should be given a donation, but that depends on your budget.

My first class with the group was a great experience. Erika's class was very easy flowing. Her method is very peaceful. She's very hands on, paying attention to each practitioner and correcting posses. A great experience!

Did the 7am class this morning with Stefanie and LOVED it. My girlfriend and I are not yogis or anything, so I camt speak on the quality of the session but the experience was beautiful. Alexander seemed knowledgable and the others were very into it. I'd recommend it.
