Love Miami!!! This beach is very nice, cool and hot people everywhere! Totally recommend... If you're done with surfers and big waves, but do not give up a beauty view. That's you're place

Fabulous at sunrise with an excellent, patient instructor who gave detailed instructions on how to do each move. Good for young and old! Challenging!

We managed to made it one day to beach yoga at 3rd street and loved it! Gabriel Axel was our teacher and he was awesome. It was definitely a challenging class, but we felt great afterwords. Doing yoga in the sand was a little tricky, but the weather and the view made it well worth it... and you can't beat... More

We walked out on the beach at 7:45a the first morning of our trip, and beach yoga at 3rd street is real! We didn't participate, but for all the doubters out there like me, it's real!

If you are staying on South Beach, this is a super thing to do. Every morning at 7 am and every night at 5 pm. Donation based yoga class by some very amazing instructors. The hotels will not tell you about them, but seek it out. For any level. What a nice addition to a morning walk and a great... More

I always wanted to try beach yoga, I'm so glad I found this opportunity. It's an early start (7:00), especially when on vacation, but watching the sun rise and listening to the waves break while destressing your mind and body, is the perfect vacation blend. It was an open level class but there were opportunities to modify poses and push... More

Gabriel was a good teacher and skilled practitioner. Balance poses somewhat of a challenge on the sand but savasana with the sound of the ocean was wonderful.

Really good experience at the beach, much better than indoor. Gurus are awesome, natural sounds make practice really calm and relaxing
