The 'Central Park' of South Beach

The top notch tennis center, running track and aquatic center are the main draws to Flamingo Park. There are basketball, baseball and handball facilities as well.

Flamingo park is great for tennis. The clay courts are well kept and the cost to play is very reasonable. They offer regularly scheduled drills. The pool is nice though most people walk straight from the street to the pool without showering.

Away from the twenty years olds looking for party. Quiet and a great place to exercise or watch sports. Swimming pool open to the public (with a price unless you are a resident) lots of green space and no large groups of 20 year olds with coolers full of beer

We walked all the way there expecting to find some flamingos but they do not exist. There is a ball park and sports facilities. However the walk there was worth it as you see a lot of Art Deco buildings.

Flamingo Park is new and improved, the facilities and pros are great and for long term visits the beat deal for tennis anywhere.

This park is very big and has lots to do. It is also very packed and probably a top destination for families with children. It was to crowded for my comfort and I actually enjoyed lummus park playground, which is much smaller, more for the fact that there were only a few families there.

I took my kids there and it was great. There is an ample playground with a locked door. No dogs allowed in the playground. It has many different structures for children ranging 2 to 10. My oldest one (4 years old) love the climbing wall. The park has also tennis courts and a pool that we did not use. The... More

We were lucky enough to play 3 times during our week in South Beach. A bit pricey at $21.40 for an hour of court time, but the surroundings make it worth it. Friendly, helpful staff in the pro shop were patient with these two tourists who just showed up with no reso on the first two visits. Vending machines in... More
