I've been going to DB for almost a year. I was in a severe accident and was hospitalized for months. My doctor immediately wrote a letter stating this and physically could not use the gym. Not only did DB continue to debit my account they refused to stop even after the one year membership mark, this has been going on... More

My nieces were visiting from up north. Both work out regularly. When the weather turned cloudy I was able to bring them in as my guests to this phenomenal facility.

Visiting Miami and buying a guest pass. Yes, there is construction going on but you should not hold this against them. Day pass costs USD 25 which is ok. No introduction whatsoever. "Where is the locker room?" - "Upstairs" (meaning: find your own way cause I can't be bothered to show you) "How do the lockers work?" - "You have... More

The hotel where the gym is located is under going a massive renovation and closed, the gym being the only remaining business open. The fire alarm goes off frequently because of the near constant jack hammering. The parking garage is also closed. That having been said, I cancelled my membership (after being a member on and off for 15 years),... More

Been to the DB in Chicago multiple times so I knew their SOBE location would be on par. Club atmosphere/music, awesome equipment and good cardio blast were the perfect start to a great evening!

Yes this place looks like a palace, hip music, two floors with ambient lighting. But it definitely is not a palace. This gym is for real. Fully equipped with all the latest machines and mega weights. Friendly staff with expert trainers. If you want to look good and feel even better check this place out. My hats off to Corey Spencer and... More

I have been a member of Bally's, LA Fitness, and many others, but none of them have ever left a good impression that would make me want to go back. I actually miss the gym when I'm away for too long. The classes are great! And your body will change!

If you are in South Beach and don`t mind really unfriendly staff, and you like working out in the dark with loud (good) dance music, with reasonably new but not top notch (my local gym is better) , this is the place for you. Otherwise, go to the rooftop bar at the same hotel and find another gym with friendlier... More
