Gym was very well equipped but too dark for my liking. Was disappointed that use was not included in my Ganesvoort stay. Had probably the best massage ever there - but staff didn't tell me that their service charge was a tip that goes exclusively to the service provider

More like a night club than a gym. Live DJ and loud music. Mostly gay clients.

This place looks like a palace of the gods. There was a live DJ and elaborate decor. The lights are dim and the environment was productive.
The real jewel of this place is the spa! Angela was particularly excellent in Helping choose the best treatment. I can't rave enough about this spa.

I was at the Hotel with girlfriends and had a chance to go to the gym multiple times over 4 days. This is one of the nicest of the David Barton gym's I have had the opportunity to visit.
The atmosphere is definitely Miami....complimented by a lovely spa, great classes, excellent trainers, and immaculately maintained equipment.

I cannot comment on the rest of the hotel, as I haven't stayed as a guest. I have only attended Louis, the nightclub in their lobby, which was fine. However, about the David Barton Gym, they carried out a highly deceptive bait and switch scam with a "free month" coupon card I was given as a gift by a friend....
