This is a great place to enjoy a full day or evening of hot/cold self service treatments. It's no frills and you won't hear music (no sounds of the humpback whales), but it has everything you need. With entry, you are assigned a locker and get 2 small towels. They also offer massage services, mud treatments, etc., for an extra... More

This place is a blast, literally - the fire hose room is a "must" experience. The pulsating water from the hose cures any and all back and muscle aches, just remember to cover your ears to keep the water out. From the hot tub waterfall, to the multiple heat/steam rooms and various water rain/hose specialty rooms, this place is a... More

Relaxing!!! Just did a Girls Spa day at the Russian and Turkish Baths (Birthday celebration)! Which room was most relaxing? Infrared sauna, aromatherapy steam room, the ocean water jacuzzi. I couldn't say….they were all fabulous!!! This is a true healing place, come prepared to sweat, detox & re-energize. Plan to spend the day! Bring your lunch and take a break... More

This place is one of a kind in Miami beach. One of the best things to do here. I was just here the first weekend in May. It have been here about 10 times prior to this. You will be able to choose from several types of saunas and steam rooms. Some with aromatherapy. There is a "polar room" to... More

My girlfriend and I went from room to room experiencing the diverse types of saunas, steams, showers, Jacuzzis, and ice baths. My favorites are the Russian Sauna, the salt water Jacuzzi, the aroma therapy sauna and when my body got too hot, taking a plunge in an ice bath for 30 seconds to really get my circulation going. Very stimulating... More

is not the cleanest place, but it is great for the value, there's not that many available in the area which makes it the best in town

I had heard so much about this and it definitely didn't dissapoint. Me and my friend were there for a solid 3.5 hours even without paying any extras for a mud bath. All the staff was very friendly and so were its patrons. We went on a Monday and there were only a few other people there. The shvitz is... More

This place is not posh, its not even that friendly but it is interesting. Ive been to both New York City's East Village location and now Miami's. I would not hesitate to go again. Forget about new age aromatherapy, this is a place to sweat and chill (literally). Dont expect posh, the people working there are rough on the edges... More

Place was interesting but I wouldn't go back. It is a bunch of steam rooms, sauna and jacuzzi. If you enjoy those then worth it. Even still, the people at the front desk were not welcoming at all. Hotel this is in was falling apart literally.

Took a girls weekend and spent the day at the bath house; it was all I expected and more! So much fun, so relaxing, so cool. We went from room to room, we shvitzed, we relaxed, we laughed; this is an experience everyone should try at least once. You are even able to walk out of the bath house, out... More
