What can you say abut this except that it is reminiscent of Cuba before Fidel. In reality a mixture of gay, rich South American and contemporary Bohemian. But check out the restaurant carefully on travel advisor because their are predatory pretty girls luring you into mediocre joints with bogus deals for lunch and dinner and drinks. More
