We visited Lincoln Road Mall from out-of-town for a luncheon. When we attempted to pay for parking at a "master meter" the meter would not accept cash or a credit card. No way to pay, so we went off to lunch. We returned to find a $18 ticket. Apparently the meter folks do not bother to determine whether or not... more

Shops galore, but the highlight of Lincoln Road for me was the strolling factor. You can walk down to the end on one side and back on the other and do it again and it is never boring. Or you can sit in one of the many sidewalk restaurants and bars to enjoy watching the crowd, and sometimes hear live... more

I've never been to a pedestrian mall like this in the States! It always seems to be teeming with locals and tourists alike. Great shopping and some yummy ice cream places too (Haagen Daz, La Gelatoria). Restaurants are quite expensive, though. more

Found this street full of great shops and places to eat. Trendy and loads happening . Plenty of shops to explore with all styles and prices in mind. From budget to designer. Bought a few tops and shorts here. Loads of places to eat too. Take a drink and people watch. We went here for about 3 hours on 2... more

I've been to South Beach twice: Labor Day weekend 2008 and December 15-21, 2008. Lincoln Road was a lot more fun around Labor Day when it was packed with people. People watching was a lot of fun because Lincoln Road was full of beautiful people. There are some good shops on Lincoln Road, some excellent restaurants, and a theater near... more

We stayed in Miami Beach this summer for 30 nights. Between hanging around on the Beach we came here. And in the evenings of course. Many busses take a stop here, so it's easy to get here. The great thing about the Lincoln Road is the fact, that the biggest part of it is free of traffic, only for pedestrians!... more

If you want to hang out where the tourists are, go to Collins and Ocean; Lincoln Road is where the locals go. There are a lot of great restaurants and shops, some boutique clothing stores are very expensive though. Great place to people watch. Ladies, watch your purses, they get stolen off the back of chairs all of the time.... more
