The people, the cars, the music, the party on every corner...best people watching ever. Fun place to be indeed!

Great place to take a walk, observe and be observed. Nice restaurants (beware of overpriced food) and drinks. I totally recommend it.

Ocean Drive is amazing during the day and night - especially on weekends because the strip never sleeps. Only downside - hosts and hostesses annoying you with drink offers and being pushy to take a seat so it's best to walk on the beach side of the street.

It is a great place to eat, drink, and party overall. I suggest doing Ocean Dr on your first trip to Miami. You can go to Mangoes, Clevender, Wet Willies, and Fat Tuesday's. You can walk across the street to the beach and just enjoy south beach.

Ocean Drive is iconic. The hotels, the cafes, the Versace mansion all with views of the beach are only the beginning of the attractions you'll see. If you're going to look at the architecture, go in the morning. There's less traffic and less competition as most of the party people are still in bed recovering from the night before. But... More

This is a "people watcher's" paradise! A fusion of color and cult!ure. My friend and I were in Miami for a short visit, and stayed in the area. It's VERY interesting, hip, crowded, and fast. Grab yourself a street side café or bar and relax and watch the crowd (and cars)! You are bound to catch drama of some sort!... More
