great atmosphere, fantastic sights, sounds and with the Heat games playing in every bar - a real sense of positivity while everyone is having a good time. be sure to have enough money and check out the Clevelander for a good night.

What is a "donk" you ask? Urban dictionary puts it best, "Any POS late 80's or early 90's American heap (preferably an Impala) that has large enough wheels installed until it resembles (and rides and handles like) a Conestoga wagon." This is what you'll find driving up and down Ocean Drive in a hydraulic infused parade. You might also run...

Nice board walk by the beach with plenty of restaurants offering competitive priced food and drinks. A must visit on your miami trip but beware of traffic to get here and parking is expensive and hard to find.
No-one can visit Miami without taking in Ocean Drive be it day or night. A place to tick off the must see list. If you are a people watcher than this is ideal. However for many it'll be a case of seen it, done it and move on. If you want to eat then plenty happening here along the hotel...

Love it, so much to see and do, great beach, lots of places to eat and drink, so much entertainment. There are queiter hotels and places to eat in addition to the more lively areas of Ocean Drive.
You can spend a great time going for a walk there. You enjoy the Art Deco buildings, including Casa Casuarina (Versace's home) and some beautiful hotel buildings. I recommend walking on the beach side to have a better view of hotels and avoid hostesses. You may see a lot of eccentric people and luxury cars. Not to miss during your...

Great for a walk but that's about it. The entire block has the "tourist trap" feel to it. The restaurants put food on tables for display. The hostesses are a bit sketchy as well. Enjoy the beach, the beautiful Art Deco buildings etc just stay away from most of the businesses and restaurants. (besides Front Porch Café and The News)
If you come to Miami, you have to check out Ocean Drive. ONCE. Cool buildings, the beach, sidewalk cafes and incredible people watching.
However you are harassed by all the sidewalk cafe staff to eat at their establishment, the beach itself is kinda dirty (trash) and I would not go at night and it was expensive on ocean drive to...
