We booked the Miami City Tour and also the Key West Tour. The Miami city Tour guide had a strong accent and could not be understood. He was insulting to the Cuban community and the Bahamian community I will not repeat some of the things he said. All of the passengers began to look at each other in shock. But... more

Cheap tours, mostly just showing celebrity's houses. Who cares?? When all we could see of some of them was big walls, high fences. It was a waste of our time. more

The driver left me flat on a tour to the Everglades by not stopping where he was supposed to. Rescheduled the tour for another day and the driver rolled right bye on the next pick up while I was waiting. I actutally had to flag him down and go into traffic to stop the bus. This Miami Nice Tour is absolutely not “Nice”. The company supposed to pick up all visitors after 1.5 hours boat show. However, the company just let all of us wait at beach convention center for hours. After several telephone calls, a shuttle from company eventually showed up. This tour company rips off travellers, They are first rate cheats. This is what they did to us. We used the internet to book two separate travels one for Key West and one for Everglades in mid Dec, 2008 when they were advertising those prices at $50/person for KeyWest and $49/person for Everglades. No one contacted us for two weeks... more

Sadly, we found Miami Nice tours to be completely unreliable. We only had one day in Miami and booked the City and Everglades tour from UK and received confirmation.
