We visited Gator Park to take the obligatory Everglades tour while staying nearby in Miami for a few days. Our tour guide Ty was fantastic, a good old boy with a great sense of humor who really tried to make the tour lively and engaging for everyone. We were on the first boat out in the morning and we saw... More

Our hotel "concierge" charged us $55 a ticket because they transported us to the park which is just 45 minutes away. BUT it take you almost 2 hours to get going You have to make several more stops to other hotels then you transfer buses. And after your activities at the park you could wait up to an hour to... When you visit something like the Everglades you can expect of a tourguide that he gives some information about the place. All he could say was: Are there any questions? He sits behind the people who are on the boat, people are in a group they don't know, perhaps there are tourists from abroad who don't speak very well english;... More

I took my three teens to Gator Park in July 2012. It is nice to be able to say we we saw some of the Everglades and to say we had a real airboat ride. The animal sightings were few. I saw one alligators head- he was there on the way into the glades and in the same spot on... More

Didn't get to see many Gators (we saw lots when we went to Boggy Creek few years ago) but the boat captain was entertaining and informative. Boat was bigger than our previous trip which made it less personal but still good to feel the rush of air on your face as you travel across the water. After the boat ride... More

I visited this park and thought it was awesome. The only thing is I wish the boat ride lasted longer, it is so much fun! July happens to be nesting season and it was a weekend so we only saw one gator but it was still worth it. The "wildlife" show was a quick educational show with one big alligator... More

My only regret is that the boat ride didn't last longer (maybe 20 minutes long). Zipping in and out of the marshy swamp and tall saw grass was exhilerating. For me, that was the best part of the entire experience.I loved our tour guide. He kept apologizing to us for having to hear his voice, but I like it very much.... More

We came to Gator Park and explored the airboat options. We looked at the general admission airboat ride and decided to splurge on the private tour and am glad we did. We paid $321 for 5 adults and a child and had a spectacular time. We stopped and was able to wade in the Everglades which was quite a thrill.... More

Went here with my family and it was fun fun fun. The airboat tour wa great. We saw at least 3 different gators during the tour, 1 came right up to the boat to see what was going on. There were several gators at the park itself and we got the chance to hold a baby gator. A must do... More
