We went in the late afternoon, was not too crowded or noisy. The weather was perfect and the employees were polite and informative. This definitely make the trip worth while.

The boat ride was nice, we did get to see some gators, however, not as many as you would expect. The wildlife show which comes after is interesting but not up to the hype they advertise. There was no gator wrestling and not nearly as many animals as you see on their website.
