We were highly disappointed with this park. Our airboat ride was only about 7 minutes into the Everglades due to "low water". Isn't that what an airboat is suppose to do - be able to float on very little water? Honestly, it felt like this was a ploy to run multiple tourist through their park for a quick tour at... More

Great adventure and friendly people. The water was low but we still saw all kinds of wild life ie; birds, alligators and snakes. Bring sunscreen and maybe some bug spray if the air is stagnant, but I recommend the fun!

Before I begin and you decide to go on a memorable journey, bring the bug spray! Mosquito haven is what I called it. But that's only when the airboat is sitting still under the mangroves as you look at the different habitat that nature has to offer. Other than that, it was great! Ooh, and if you decide to take... We went on an organised excursion from our cruise ship P&O`s Oriana whilst visiting Miami. The airboat ride was great fun and the guide was most informative. We did see plenty of alligators, birds and turtles. The only downside was that being on one of the larger airboats with lots of others from our cruise ship we ended up sat in the middle which... Fantastic trip, if you are in area go and do this. We were staying in downtown Miami and used the free metromover to get to holiday inn pick up point. Our guide was great fun and entertained everyone all the way there. He drove slowly along the canals to see the Gators, birds and turtles. The air boat was great... More

I think this is one of those experiences that definitely depends on The Three Factors of Fun: 1. Your preferences 2. Your expectations 3. The company you keep I wasn't amped about seeing the gators, having the read the reviews about a short boat ride and sparse alligator sightings, but my friend really wanted to go. I think my lower... Lived in Miami for years and never took an airboat ride, so we decided to take the 30 minute drive to Everglades Safari Park and check this one off the Bucketlist. We arrived and a tour was leaving immediately so we hopped on the boat and took off. We were not 20 feet out of the dock when we saw... More
