Not what I expected

The boats are a lot slower than I was expecting, and the scenery is actually very surprising with a good mixture of water and bird life to see. Worth a visit

Right when you are about to board the airboat, one of the employees stops you and takes a quick picture of you in front of a green Screen. Our Tour guide was Raul and he was amazing. He gave us a brief history about the Everglades and about lot more interesting facts about the everglades. The tour was a good... More

We were here with a group from a convention in Miami. I could tell this was the place where the large conventions and cruise ships come since it was the only place along the long road with a large parking lot and bus parking. At first I thought this looks kind of cheesy but after spending the next 2 days... More

Time between disembarking a cruise ship and catching a flight home, we took an excursion to the Everglades Safari Park for an airboat ride into the Everglades. What a good time we had! We saw some baby alligators in the wild and well as a full grown one. Then inside we were able to observe a park ranger in a... More

When I visited this place it was very warm. 31 degrees and I could feel the warm and sun when i sat in the speed boat. It was a new experience with fans etc. The park was huge with birds, gators etc. As it was warm we did not see many animals, almost none. There was a show and here you could... More

This was definitely a tour I wanted to take in my stay at Miami. Nothing more typical of the place than going to see crocodiles, plus I have always wanted to get onto one of those boats. The tour is really nice, they take through a vast area of swamp on the boat and tell you about the species living... More

Paid $25 for an airboat ride around the Everglades which lasted 40 minutes. Did not see even one alligator! (Airboat Captain blamed the dry weather) Plus you also need to tip the captain at the end so it's more like $30. (I thought the "tip the captain" signs in the airboat were a joke until the captain made sure you... More

I apologize if you felt "let down" one thing to keep in mind though is that we are in the real Everglades. Out here in the real Everglades there is real wildlife that comes and goes as they please. We cannot control where these wild alligators go as it is illegal to feed or harass them. We guarantee that you... More

We went on the larger airboat ride in the Everglades, you can also book a private tour on a smaller boat. The ride lasted about 40 minutes and was very fun. We only saw a few baby alligators - there was so much boat traffic that the gators weren't coming out. It was worth it for the airboat ride through... More

Fun airboat rides zipping across the surface of the water. Noisy, but everyone is provided with ear phones. Watching the trainer feed and work with large alligators was an unexpected treat.

On our recent trip to Miami we decided to rent a car for the day and drive out to the Everglades to experience something we wouldn't see anywhere else. We had read pretty good reviews about this park and also found a Groupon for a tour for two so decided to go to the Everglades Safari Park. It was about... More
