Owner description: Zoological Wildlife Foundation has the only zoo in South Florida with as many animal encounters. We carry dozens of exotic species at our facility with many available for interactive activities involving our guests. The five acre zoo houses everything from domestic animals and primates to large predatory birds and mammals. Some of our popular selection of exotic zoo animals are Gibbon Apes, Sloths, Lemurs, owls, snakes, Anteater, Lions, Snow Leopards, and mischievous Capuchin monkeys - like those used in many movies. The Zoological Wildlife Foundation offers intimate tours and private encounters by appointment. Contact us to schedule a special tour with our exotic animals! It's an experience you will never forget. Tours must be prepaid and booked in advance in order to guarantee your desired date and time. Forget about Jungle Island or other zoos and drive through this peaceful private zoo. It can seem quite expensive (80$ per person for the tour + around 80$ to have a private encounter with some special animals) however it really worth it! The normal tour lasts 1h long normally but we spend almost 2h30 with a private guide. This tour... More

This wildlife facility is amazing. The staff was great! The tour was very interactive and allowed us to pet monkeys, anteaters, camels, owls, snakes, alligators and we signed up to play with a tiger if you can believe it. The place is located off the grid and you do have to drive on some dirt roads to get there but... More

I just did the standard hour tour plus the tiger cub photo, and had an amazing experience. Caro was my tour guide and I absolutely loved her. If any one thinks its a bit pricey, just keep in mind all the care they must provide to all those beautiful animals. Definitely coming back, thank you ZWF!

I have never experienced anything like this before. Everyone is friendly and professional! Ally, our guide, was wonderful, very knowledgeable and friendly! I recommend this to anyone. If you can, spend some time with the tiger cubs. That was the best. Thank you guys very much!
