We took the metromover and get off at Flagerstreet. This ends at Bayside and as expected, there are all kind of shops and food facilities. It was nice to walk through.

Use that smartphone GPS and you can walk most anywhere - although signage maybe difficult to see from a distance, it is an easy walking city.

Walls of concrete galore... My son and I went exploring to take pics on rooftops. A photographers dream. While there are many shops, places to eat...traffic is insane. Though it was cool to see a couple of buildings that I saw on CSI Miami.

I had a wonderful time. I hope to visit again. The city is multicultural and a great experience for any age. I just went from shop to shop and spent hours at the amazing food shops and clothing shops.

I remember Miami downtown as noisy and cold conglomerate of steel and glass - but when I got there this year it was garden-like, not so busy, with a great atmosphere and some nice coffee shops to sit and relax in. If you're passing through (probably on your way to Key Biscayne or more south), stop here and smell the... More

There is not a lot to do in downtown Miami. A lot of stores have closed. There is the Seybold building home to hundreds of jewelry stores. Very congested during the day and limited parking !! The few parking lots in the area charged outrageous fees. There is a museum and a public library. The whole area becomes a ghost... More

There is no much to see here apart from the graffiti street artist. It is a business district and there are not many attractions

We just found Miami downtown delightful. Easy bus ride from Miami Beach where we stayed in Art Deco motel. Easy getting around train (Tri-rail), bus and the great people mover (Metro Mover which is like a Rubber wheeled tram on a high track above the traffic). Walk along Bayside with cafes & shops. Bayfront Park just delightful with street sculpture... More

Downtown Miami has some but not a lot of attractions when compared with Chicago, New York, Philly. However, its a very easy downtown to walk around. The main streets like Flagler need a bit of a paint job and sprucing up but there are some good eats like Pizzarium for excellent pizza and Holy Bagels near Government House. The river... More
