We stayed at this casino hotel in November whilst visiting family and although the rooms were very comfortable the atmosphere was terrible. The service was good at the front desk and we even enjoyed the gym and pool but eating at the hotel was really really bad. The buffet was extremely mediocre at best and bar area was poorly laid... Thought we would visit while visiting Doral: the internet punched out 3 choices for "casino" and it was one of the 3. Terrible atmosphere: smoky, crowded, and most uncomfortable. Almost left the minute we entered the door. Will not return for sure.

I was looking for lodging close to Shark Valley Visitor Center so I could get there early in the morning. This hotel was the closest. It was an ok hotel. A little dated but seemed clean. I had a no smoking room but it definitely has that smell that it was a smoking room at one time - not over... More

Went there last night and quicky reminded myself why I haven't been there in two years. Blew a few hundred on the quick hit machines without one bonus or decent hit. Then started machine hopping and everything was sucking my money dry. The place was packed with your typical rude Miami people who don't speak a lick of English. People... More

I booked this hotel and it was the worst hotel I have stayed in my life. cigarette smoke everywhere , the tv's in the rooms are 90s . I think even in under a bridge would be a better option.

Rudy Carbonell at the Miccosukee Resort especially is very personable. He always goes out of his way to assist clients. He is very attentive to details making sure everything is perfect for the customers. I have seen him on various occasions picking up garbage and throwing it away. He is definitely an asset to the establishment.

They started their great service for my wife and I in the parking lot when I was finding a place to park the car. I then asked them where was a good place to eat inside and when going into the building one of them ran a few yards just to open the door for us. Once inside they were... More

If American Airlines sends you here after a missed connection--I HIGHLY recommend you go elsewhere at your own expense! I'll start with the overwhelming odor of smoke that hits you when you walk in the door. Yes, this is a smoking allowed casino hotel. Then, despite being first in the check in line, it took over 30 minutes to get... More

Never again. No way to get into sleep in a guest room on 4th floor passing midnight because of very loud music from bar inside hotel till 1 am. The frontdesk manager refused to stop the music not even to turn the volume lower.
