Came here for a bach party with 3 other woman. The staff was very friendly and took care of everything. The facilities were amazing. We booked 1 hr of time, but spent an hour at steam & sauna rooms. Very nice!

I did not have a good experience at the Mandarin Oriental Spa in Miami. Upon being led into the room by the aesthetician, she told me that I was late and that we wouldn't be able to spend the full time on the facial. However, I had spent 10 minutes in the spa lounge waiting for her to get me....
