Wonderful service

Great few hours spent this afternoon for massages, sauna and relaxation. Not cheap but the service and massages were great.

My husband gave me a spa day here for my birthday and it was amazing! I had the private suite for the day, which overlooked the water. I arrived at 10:45am and didn't leave until 7:00pm! My services were: body scrub, Thai foot massage, hot stone massage, facial, body wrap, pedicure & manicure. Pam did my facial and was wonderful!... More

I was fortunate to be in Miami a couple of weeks ago and decided to treat myself to a relaxing morning at the Mandarin spa. I opted for the oxygen facial and a pedicure. The spa interior is beautiful as it to be expected. On the smaller side but adequate I think. A very calm and relaxing environment (for the... More

It had been a while since we have been here, and not a whole lot has changed. The spot is still a five star spa with several different options to choose from on the menu. We had a couples massage for 90 minutes and it was excellent. The amenities for used before and after were very nice. The shower in... More

Having visited more than our fair share of spas in the world we can safely say this is one of the best spas we have ever visited! Then staff, treatments, and setting/views are magnificent. We needed a stress relief weekend and this place delivered. While it is expensive, you get what you pay for and this place is totally worth... More

My favorite SPA in the city. Any time I need an emergency back massage Mandarin Oriental masseuses will never disappoint. Professionally trained spa stuff always will listen and work on your requests.

My partner and i stayed for 2 days at the mandarin oriental and for the first time used the spa. Let me say "what an experience"! We had the 2 hour rejuvenating facial with head, shoulder, hand, feet massage. Angela and yolanda were our therapists and simple put made the experience both relaxing and rejuvenating. At one point we fell... More

The spa at mandarin is a very special place. I usually go to the four seasons spa, however, I wasn't able to get a booking and reserved at mandarin instead. From the moment you enter, you feel your stress relieved. The staff are extremely friendly. The ambiance is magnificent. They offer a wife array of services. I had an 80... More

I had heard so many great things about this Spa so I was somewhat excited to experience it. I booked a 120 min Kundalini Journey Treatment in a Spa Suite. Pricey but I under orders to do something nice for myself (long story). Esthetically the spa is gorgeous like the rest of the hotel. There were water bottles available and... More

The customer service at the spa is great... its very relaxing and clean and everybody is welcoming. However, it is WAY overpriced! For a 50 min couples massage and a 50 min aromatherapy facial for two, we paid $600. The massage was okay, not the best I've had. The nicest girl was the front desk girl, I don't remember your...
