I have lived in Miami for 17 Years. This area has grown so much in the last 7 years. Locals love to go there to eat and shop. My Husband is an amateur photographer and he takes classes there. I think it is worth a visit as it is the new Miami. There are great Luxury shops like Hermes but... More

The Design District has the potential to be an interesting and fun addition to a visit to the city of Miami. The small shops and showrooms were interesting and the area restaurants, though pricey, were fun. But the construction everywhere makes walking around difficult and the current traffic patterns are not pedestrian friendly. We are looking forward to the completion... More

Other than DCOTA, Miami design district is great. A little spread out but with lots of small and middle stores and galleries.

40th Street is just a sneak peak to what to come. Design District will rock the work of fashion. Valet parking only $3 and you can drop off and pick you car in different locations.

A combination of high end interior decoration showrooms, luxury goods stores, and trendy cafes make up the Design District. This is a combination of b2b and b2c focused neighborhood, but it is fun to look around and relaxing. Construction now as they build out the area, but this should get better. Also note that since it is b2b, many stores... More

The Miami Design District is a collection of high end interior design shops and restaurants. This area although being older, had had new life pumped into it with all the great vendors in the area. It is nice to walk around and visit all the shops with an array of all types of design. Nice place to visit while in... More

I love the new shops and places to eat. They have made so many good changes to the area that you can actually enjoy a few hours of good dining and shopping. There is a mixture of people that travel throughout the area and always be on the lookout as a safety precaution, but overall a really nice place.
