We were greeted by the Cuban greeter seated outside the shop in traditional clothing, puffing away. We were shopping for a couple of good cigars and were surprised to see cigars being made, by hand, inside. It is quite a process. Watch the entire procedure from start to finish. Amazing skills.

I did not like the place. Many tourists and poor service. Expensive cigars and not a refined place. If you want to make a good purchase, cross the street and go around the corner on Little Havana Cigar Shop. Much better. Exquisite atmosphere, good prices and better service. Light your cigar and have an espresso. There is not a better... More

Called in here to get some Cuban cigars. The staff are very helpful explaining the different types of cigars. The staff member was very knowledgable. We got a chance to watch them roll out the cigars. I think it was the owner sitting outside, he was very willing to sign the back of my cigar case. The price was reasonable... More

I am not a fan of cigars but went in with a touring group I was with. So very interesting to hear about how and where they grow the tobacco and especially watching the master cigar maker making the cigars. My husband and I retuned after the tour and he bought some cigars as gifts. The customer service is outstanding... More

Head & shoulders above the rest--going on FIFTH GENERATION of BELLO familiy's excellent quality cigar manufacturers all done on premises. Great quality, great smoke and great service all at reasonable prices especially if purchasing in bulk. Very knowledgeable, professional and extremely courteous. My first visit, but definitely my last. They will ship anywhere in the country. Don't forget to meet... More

He thought the prices seemed reasonable and he enjoyed seeing the differences between the various cigars. He said that this place was quite well known and famous and it was easy to find, right on the main street in Little Havana.

Family run business, clearly passionate about cigars. Friendly and knowledgable, I love that the abuelo sits outside the shop and signs your wooden box of cigars, really adds that authenticity to the shop! If you love cigars, it is definitely a place to visit when in Little Havana!

Great place the staff is all family and very knowledgeable and ready to help. Even if you don't smoke they will work with you to pick the right cigar for a friend. Grandpa who sits outside will sign them for you.
