Invited by the Dutch Chamber of Commerce in Miami, we joined the Special Water Taxi Party tour for Dutch soccer fans. I am aware that this special trip for "crazy" soccer fans was organized by the Dutch Chamber with lots of food and drinks on board. But I trust that even without this excellent catering on board (but as far... More

We booked 2 hop on - hop off tics (30$ each) through their website from Miami marina. Arrived & the boat was late. Once arrived the staff was very nice & friendly (as mostly everywhere in US) but they had no clue about the hop on-hop off formular & said they only made 2 other stops. They took us to... More

We took a return trip in the taxi from bayside to Miami beach. The leaflet made it clear it wasn't a sightseeing trip so I was just expecting to sit and look, but on both trips the driver made a real effort to point things out and tell us about the area. A lovely way to get across the bay... More

Manager was rude and abrupt. Staff on the boat and manager at bayside were unhelpful with schedule times and rude when we called to ask. Customer service was terrible and I would not recommend this at all. You are better off doing one of the other charters. No narration going to Miami beach marina and no stops on the way.... More

I do apologize for any inconvenience you may have experience with our company, we are striving to give the best experience to our customers as possible, but we make mistakes as well and understand your frustration. When you are back in Miami I would like to offer you for your family complimentary tickets. This would not solve your old issue... More

See Miami from the water is a different experience and water taxi is the cheapest, it s even cheaper than a regular yellow stinky cab that for sure will rip you off, the crew is amazingly charming and informative and I like they make it clear they are not a sightseen tour company but they will speak about the destination... We used the water taxi to get across the bay, was a good ride but the real tour narration happens the trip back. Be wary of the drop off for ocean drive as it is quite a walk and if during the midday sun, wear some sunblock. The tour guide was excellent on the return leg with great sprouts of... More

Captain Eddy and mate Danny were great hospitable hosts for this water taxi ride across the Biscayne Bay from Pier E at Miami Beach Marina to Bayside Marketplace on the mainland. Water taxi sounds like a lame name for what is actually a great 90-minute round-trip on the water, maybe 15+ minutes longer if you add on the optional (and... More

Took the water taxi to South Beach and back yesterday. It was great fun, and a nice, relaxing way to view the bay, skyline, and get a tour of some spectacular waterfront mansions that we would never see any other way. Friendly crew, informative, and bilingual. Bring water, sunscreen, & probability a hat. It can get pretty hot on the... More

We took the water taxi at Bayside in Miami. When we arrived, we had planned to take the Island Queen boat to do a water tour of Millionnaire's Row. When we saw that the Island Queen was packed with people, I knew I wouldn't enjoy the tour as much. We decided to take the water taxi which was a bit... More
