Wonderful to see during the day and gorgeous at night for a concert. Wild, tropical paradise. Used to house Parrot Jungle so has that jungle feel. Any concert held there would be wonderful because of the magical beauty of the venue. Particualy good for a Marley concert . Saw Stephen Marley perform there and it was outrageous!

I took my grandsons here and they absolutely loved it. The splash and play park for the kids is great and they ran around in their shorts for a couple of hours never getting tired of running in and out of the water! They also loved the petting zoo (remember to take anti-bacterial to clean all your hands afterwards) especially... More

Fortunately, its only $5 to get in. The potential for this place to be a great show case of plants is very high. However either it is being run badly or they are lacking fund. We saw littering, and lots of small projects that appeared to have been started but not finished. There was no place to buy food for... More

This long established beautifully landscaped park was the former home of " The Parrot Jungle" that moved and changed its name about 20 or so years ago .Located in the high end residental area of The City of Pinecrest that took it over and has done a wonderfull job of maintaining it. There is an admission charge to non Pinecrest... More

I have visited this location since I was little and Parrot Jungle was still located there. For those of you who don't know: Parrot Jungle was a Zoological facility with hundreds of birds from around the world. A little over 10 years ago the owner decided to relocate the park to an Island near Miami Beach. Developers wanted to flatten... More

My wife and I are photography enthusiasts, so we took a day out of our Miami Beach vacation to visit Pinecrest Gardens and the nearby Fairchild Botanical Gardens for picture taking. I was not expecting much from Pinecrest based on a few bad Tripadvisor reviews, but wow, we were surprised! This is a very nice and relatively large botanical garden... More

Beautiful gardens in the Pinecrest area. Very pleasant experience. Nature info, plants for adoption, free healthy snacks were given away the day my husband and I visited the gardens.

very quiet and great playground for kids. The planting could use some color and better maintenance though.

The flora and funa is beautiful and the architecture is great. The wildlife includes several koi, pacu pacu and even a tarpon! The playground is great for kids and there is a petting zoo. Highly recomended.

I do not know if this was the wrong time or it was that Pinecrest Gardens has become land that is fenced with some foliage. I was not impressed at all. The foliage was dry and the trees seemed that they needed costly trimming There was a smell of stagnated water. Not a nice experience. But what I was able... More
