I had such a fun time at Ayesha's place. She is so energetic, passionate and knowledgable and best of all her Indian food tastes amazing and smells authentic. The Goan seafood class was very informative and the recipes are very easy to follow, and best of all it seems doable for my family. I thought it would be a more... More

Today I took my first cooking class with Ayesha and will definitely be taking more. Ayesha is an engaging, passionate, and hospitable teacher. Her food is amazing- the best Indian food Miami- and she shares her knowledge of cooking through her classes. The classes are small and held in her kitchen. She's very well organized and takes the time to... More

I thoroughly enjoyed your Indian vegan cuisine. I eat mostly vegan and found that your dishes have inspired me again to go all in.

This was my first time doing a cooking class and my first time experiencing Indian food. Ayesha was so sweet and welcoming, truly a great host! I learned a lot about Indian Cuisine and saw how to cook a wonderful meal! She makes it very easy to replicate the recipe at home and has all the tools you need accessible... More

My husband and I went with friends and did the vindaloo class. It's a cooking demonstration with energetic teaching and constant and lively interaction with Ayesha, followed by an outdoor multi course lunch of what she's cooked in front of us. Both demonstration and food were outstanding. She knows a ton about spices and nutrition, and has a knack about... More

For me my son, who knows I love Indian food as I have traveled there twice and always in search of good Indian food, bought me a gift certificate for one "class". Its almost hard to consider it a class. It is more like being invited into a friends home to learn to cook Indian food. But the best part... More

I can't speak highly enough for Ayesha and her classes. I bought a class for my boyfriend as an anniversary gift. We loved it and decided to go again while his mom and grandfather are here (we went yesterday for our second class). We LOVE Indian food and this is some of the best we've ever tried. It's funny, once... More

I purchased Ayesha's cooking class as an anniversary gift for my husband. I'm not known to like spicy food and I wanted to prove a point. I was amazed at my willingness to explore a new way of eating and loved everything we cooked. I learned so many things about spices and simple cooking and I have already tried a... More

I love going to Ayesha's for a class, and for lunch. It is always a great eating, I mean learning experience. When the students arrive we are immediately welcomed into a beautiful, warm, friendly home. Ayesha either knows us by name and introduces us to one another or she welcomes the new ones and we quickly join together on our... More
