I took two classes one weekend, and it was a wonderful experience. Ayesha is warm, inviting, and a great teacher. Meeting the other attendees was nice too. The food was amazing and the dinning setting was beautiful. I hope to take more classes in the future, and will take my husband along next time. I highly recommend taking any of... More

Ayesha is so delightful and a wonderful, knowledgable teacher. Chicken Tikka Masala was my first class but will not be my last, I am looking forward to doing several different classes. The food was delicious, the company was fun and the health tips very informative.

I brought two friends to Ayesha's Chicken Tika Masala class this weekend and they were as impressed as I am with Ayesha. She is an expert teacher and cook and she is warm and personable, making the class an absolute joy. She fills the cooking time with fascinating information about the origin of the dishes, the medicinal value of the... More

You should definitely try the lamb chops and the papadums with their house sauce (a mix of onion and tomato w/Indian spices). Good Riesling to accompany the food. Thanks Farrell for his hospitality.

I have attended two of Ayesha's Indian cooking classes and left both of them delighted by the meal we cooked and shared, as well as my recipes from the day's menu. Ayesha has extensive knowledge about all levels of Indian cuisine and breaks down the class and recipes into easy to follow menus that I recreated at home exactly as... More

I highly recommend attending several of Ayesha's Indian cooking classes. I am not an experienced cook or chef, but she makes the class fun and educational at the same time. She is an enthusiastic and passionate teacher and she passes along many health tips along the way (which spices aid digestion or inflammation). The classes are well-organized and as a... More

Ayesha's Kitchen isn't physically big, but it's potential is enormous. For me, this class was an easy introduction into Indian cuisine. Ayesha is tiny and has a huge personality. Her passion for Indian cooking is contagious. She makes these foreign recipes fun and accessible.Your three hours end with a fabulous meal in her beautiful garden. I highly recommend this experience!
