The van was an hour late. The whole bus trip smelt like a urinal. It was absolutely disgusting. You are better off driving yourself. This isn't what you would expect from Miami, but something you would expect from a third world country based tour service.

We were told to be at the pickup location at 6:20 am, they didn't show up until 7. Then we had to take a van to the main bus, which was a horrible ride that will easily make you car sick if you have an easy stomach. We finally got on our bus and left Miami around 8, the bus... More

We had a good guide and a good driver - the bus was clean and comfortable. The trip is scenic and interesting. Key West offers a lot and 6 hours wasn't enough for us, (but that is not the fault of the tour company), The nice thing about Grayline is that they pick you up at your hotel - it... More

Ok so I am not impressed with the company that operates the tour to and from key west, however the scenery on the ride and key west itself is simply amazing. The first day we could not find where we were supposed to be picked up downtown so Mary called and said they were looking for my wife and I.... More

Firstly, despite our disappointing experience with Grayline, I must point out that Key West (KW) itself was an exciting and vibrant place to visit. Unfortunately Grayline spoilt our trip; I will explain. One third into the 4 hour one way trip they unexpectedly transferred us to another bus with totally different tour company on the pretext of a faulty bus... More

The trip to key west was good with plenty of stunning scenery through all the keys and over the long bridges. It took around 3 hours , with a short stop for brekkie. Key West was nice , with good shops and good foto opps, especially at USA most southern point, 90 miles from cuba.We had food at the Grand... More

Holidays and waking up at 6:00AM is not a good combination - unless it's for Key West!! We had a nice ride to Key West, with information about the keys along the ride. Even if the ride seems long, it's totally worth it! It's BEAUTIFUL!! You arrive in Key West and have approximately 5 hours on your own if you... More
