The pick up from the hotel was a big plus, the driver was on time and the journey to the gator park was fun and informative. the airboat was cooling and we saw gators in the wild and then in the viewing area, the talk after was informative and then photo op with holding one was good.

Captain Willy (you're the man!) took us on a really interesting and fun ride on the air boat. It took 1 hour and was a good mix of insight into the ecosystem Everglades and spectacular high-speed passages in the boat. We saw alligators and lots of bird species very close to the boat. Can't say enough about Capt. Chad and his expertise on the Everglades. We did a 1 hr. tour and had a great time. When I arrived at the gas station, however, the representative was not aware of my reservation, and consequently neither were the airboat captains. Even with such positive reviews on Tripadvisor, our boat Captain Chad still managed to beat all expectations and give us a fun and fascinating 1.5 hour tour of this beautiful natural landscape.
