We signed up for this service and paid the extra five dollars for a two day pass. The bus has several stops in South Beach which was convenient for us. We only hopped off at Little Havana and the Modern Art Museum but otherwise we went on all three of the routes and enjoyed seeing parts of Miami we wouldn't... More

We took this tour as a part of a transportation from point A to point B, but we got so much more than we bargained for. The weather was horrible and the buses ran intermittently, but this was by far the best ho-ho service we'd tried. And we ride the Hop On Hop Off in basically every place we visit.... More

Miami hop in hop out is good service for Miami tourists as they are not aware about Miami and the car parking charges. I would recommend this options for sight seeing Miami and once you have its ticket its doesn't expire until 48 hours so you can take it to the places/attractions you have targeted in Miami.

Take some extra ones! You will want to treat the tour guide to a drink if they are ending their shift, or a tip. We had three guides on Feb 8. Emeiliona (an art student) was great. the two guys that day were also good for their information. - If you don't have a lot of time and can't do... More

We got off our cruise with carnival and choose this for an after excursion to pass time before our returning flight. Very convenient to get to the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Derrick was our tour guide he was FANTASTIC. Very knowledgeable. Very impressed that he knew 4 languages. Great excursion.

The guides were friendly and helpful but there really isn't a lot to see in Miami so the bus tour wasn't great unless you want to see lots of hotels! There are a few nice areas to visit in Miami, you would be better hiring a car and getting out and exploring yourself (which is what we decided to do).

We have been regular customers of the Hop on Hop Off bus tour in other countries and cities and been very happy. However the Miami version is just terrible. Key issues today as follows; - Tour guide microphone didn't work - Headphones through in-built system did not work - When the tour guide did speak he pretty much just read... More

Luxurious comfort, refined ambience and the comedic stylings of our bus driver made this a memorable trip. Heading to the Kennedy Space Centre reinforced my beliefs that it is the journey and not the destination that counts. My only complaint would be that the cabin lights were left on for the duration of the journey, thus preventing me from catching... More

We bought the two day ticket and it wasn't worth the money. The head phones didn't work at all- occasionally a person gave some information over the microphone, but not very often. The bus didn't stop at many of the stops and sometimes missed out part of the route. One time the staff member was asleep on the bus, while... More
