Comparing it to Sea World, it's not that great. But it's a nice park to have locally to take the kids to. I think it's also quite pricey for admission.

The City of Miami has not invested money on this attraction, the shows are poor the area itself is uncapped.

I visited the Miami Seaquarium for the first time a week ago. It is a great place for families, couples, and friends to visit together. I have to admit the price is a bit high, but just imagine the upkeep for the exhibits and food for all of the animals. It is 40 dollars for an adult ticket, and 30... More

There's a lot to see at this aquarium but most of it feels like an aquatic zoo (animals in cages being gawked at by strangers) rather than an educational marine habitat. Extremely crowded in most areas and the staff was not particularly friendly, forthcoming or knowledgeable when queried. The Key West Aquarium (closest to us) is much smaller and less... More

Killer Whales, Dolphins, Sea Lions, Manatees, Gators.... While the price is a bit shocking, $40+ per adult, it is a hit for the family. Especially for young kids.

In December I visited Miami and for years have wanted to swim with the dolphins. Prior to my departure to FL I decided to look up places that have dolphin programs.
