Nice afternoon for a reasonable cost. Saw lots of dolphins and sea birds. Capt. Bob was knowledgeable, but not particularly entertaining. Still a great way to spend a beautiful day.

Thoroughly enjoyed tour and saw many Dolphins. Can't. Bob is not an outgoing or overly entertaining man, but in our experience certainly not rude as reviewers have said previously. He was even helpful giving us directions to beach and a reserve to see manatee after tour. Boat is clean, new and very nice. Bob does not entertain you with commentary... More

Horrible customer service never answer phone calls. Him and sundance marinas owner LIE!!! The Sundance owner said he tried calling the captain and said there was no answer. Even though the captain said when he spoke to the owner of sundance marina the boat was full even though we had reservations and the boat left early. Then emails my wife... More

Captain Bob doesn't seem to like people very much. Many of his statements were sarcastic and condensending. Though he knew some of the history of the area, and was probably an experienced captain, it was up to us to entertain ourselves on our two hour tour (and ignor his rudeness and sarcasm). He had a limp so I am guessing... More

I see there are many Groupon users that have had problems. This was my first Groupon experience and there were no problems or rude comments from the captain. I did call to reserve the seats, but a lady advised me to use their website (don't click the "Have a groupon" button), just use the regular seat reservation process. I would... More

How dumb. We bought a groupon, booked in advance, got a confirmation online that we had a reservation and everything. It was strange I kept trying to call the office and I never got a person, just a recording, but we had the confirmation, so off we go, drive for 30 minutes, get to the marina 30 min in advance... I took some out of town family guests on this tour in order to give them a feel for the Indian River and to see some wildlife. Long and boring. Almost fell asleep. We only went between the two causeways and went around in a circle for about 30-45 minutes. Saw a few dolfins, and a few birds, but that... More

We purchased the tour through a Groupon offer. We took friends from the U.K. and other family members. We enjoyed the boat ride and seeing the variety of birds, beautiful homes and naturally the dolphins. Captain Bob was very friendly with our group and provided a lot of information on the tour. We got to enjoy baby dolphins jumping out... More

Nice boat ride. But as others have described, Bob could use some personality in his way he approaches his customers. He wouldn't let us board the boat till almost departing time and we were sent over to an area of seating that looked like it had so called survived a few hurricanes. My mom got some bug bites just sitting... More

My family and I of 11 all purchased groupons for the dolphin tour. The staff was very nice in accommodating us while we waited to board. As we began to board the captain rudely asked "And the money...?" None of our party noticed in the small print that there would be sales tax, which was our mistake. We scrambled to... More
