Experience nature on a whole new level at Brevard Zoo's new outdoor aerial adventure! Fun for all ages, test your skills on one of three courses enjoying varying degrees of challenges and, of course, zip lines. For thrill seekers, we recommend Treetop Challenge. For nature lovers, enjoy the Canopy Walk, and Chutes and Ladders is great for the kids. Open daily at 9 a.m. Zoo admission not required to experience Treetop Trek.

I visited Cocoa Beach for spring break with the family in mid April. I had done my research and pretty much mapped out our activities for the entire stay. At the top of the list was the Treetop Challenge at the Brevard Zoo. The online description did not do a good job explaining what we'd be in for by participating,... More

I've done plenty of ziplines including but not limited to the following, sanford zoo, st. augustine alligator farm, canyons zipline in ocala and forever florida.. and this one i have to say is my favorite!!!! If you enjoy a challenge this is definitely where you want to be. I went with my boyfriend and had a blast. I cannot wait... More

Had a blast with my teenage daughter. Lots of fun and it seemed pretty safe to me as long as you follow the rules. Had no issues getting around the obstacle course and the zip lines. Takes about three hours to complete. Recommend it.

There were 3 of us. 2 of us did the Black Diamond Challenge (L3), I stopped at the Treetop Challenge (L2). None were small enough for the kid course so I have no comments on that and we did not visit the zoo. You start with a brief safety course followed by Canopy. This is a nice, easy walk with... More

Take the challenging course or you may be disappointed. There are a few sections that will be hard if you have knee or back problems but the zip across the pond is awesome. The challenges are hard but not so hard that an 8-10 year old can't get around them. Take your time and you'll have a great adventure.

We had planned to visit the zoo but once we saw the zip lines decided to do both. I'm a little afraid of heights but it was amazing and I felt safe the whole time. We have two boys (9&10) and they absolutely loved it. Staff was friendly and knowledgable. Highly recommend this adventure.

Our group consisted of kids age 11 and 16, and adults ages 20, 21, 46, and 51, all in good physical condition. We had a great time doing the Treetop Challenge! After gearing up and completing a safety demonstration we started the course. Knowledgeable and helpful staff were with us on the ground throughout the course to ensure we were... More

Didn't like it. They give you a deminstrtion which you do and then you are on your own. My hsband his 6'6 and had a hard time getting up. I went in Belize and men went with you and it was much safer. I would wantmy kid to go. If he doesn't hook right he would fall

I went here last October with my brother. We are both 50 years old. Hes in great shape, I'm in OK shape. It was a challenging course, super fun, and a good workout, but we werent wiped out at the end. Hes got a semi fear of heights, and was worried he wouldnt like it, but he had a blast!... More

Not as easy as anticipated! We did the Treetop Challenge course for $50/p. My husband and I zipped in the Riviera Maya, but this was more of a Survivor obstacle course, with zips mostly in the second half of the Challenge Trek. Not recommended for those afraid of heights, or climbing a lot of ladders...vertical ladders, not pitched at an... More
