We ventured across the lagoon. The kids and my wife were a little nervy but made it easy. There is as rental tent for about anything you need. We went during low tide and it made shells, starfish, and sand dollars open up to our view. Thanks to the lady at Loudermilk park for the plan. Best beach I have... More

There are a couple of different ways to get to the beach ~ hike around or through the lagoon. We opted to hike around & it wasn't a bad hike around the lagoon at all (not that far). We packed lightly & were prepared for it. Once we were around to the beach we hiked to the end of the... More

Tigertrail beach is one of if not the the most beautiful beach we've ever saw. White fine sand all around and clear warm water. If you are not resident on Marco Island you need to park your car on the Tigertrail public parking for 8$ a day. It is quite a walk until you reach the sea walking from the... More

We stopped in even though it was raining slightly. Interesting wildlife to be seen. Great place to hunt for shells too.

If you want a relaxing trip to the beach, or an adventure you'll never forget; Tigertail is the place to go. Beautiful scenery, interesting walk to the gulf, great stuff for the kids, and an amazing staff. We can't wait to see Tony and the crew again! Thanks so much guys!

The beach itself sit on the other side of an inlet. To get to the sandy beach you either walk across the marshy water (5 min) or walk for about 15 minutes around teh inlet. All the amenities area at the main entrance's cafe...but thats a good 15 minutes walk around the lagoon or 5 minutes thru the lagoon. Definitely... More

Be prepared to walk a bit to get to this beach, but once there, it will be totally worth it! It is a lovely white sand beach with lots of shells. The views of the Gulf are outstanding! Parking is $8.00 for the day and there is a concession stand and a nice bathroom/shower area provided.

This is kind of a hidden gem. While you have to walk through a small lagoon that is maybe hip high, it opens up to a great oceanside beach, that goes for miles! You will need to bring your own chair, but well worth it!
