Long walk to get to the beach on the gulf, but beautiful water and beach. No facilities at the gulf beach, but there are food, rentals and Men's and Ladies room at the Lagoon entrance.

This is a wide beach with bright sand. It's away from the hotel row, so is more secluded than beaches farther south. Be in the mood for a hike. It's a bit of a walk from the parking area to the beach, but it's worth the effort. My rating is actually a 3 1/2,

A good two miles or so of wide open beach. Beautiful white sand. Nice shallow lagoon packed with wildlife. Quiet spots abound and you shouldn'y have any trouble finding... More

Tigertail Beach was great. It connects with other beaches which are each part of Crescent Beach. Beautiful sand.

We've visited Tigertail numerous times and it's always a very quiet well maintained beach. Great place for long quiet walks on the beach without it being crowded. It's an extremely wide beach and the only downside is the long walk from the parking area. Especially if you're carrying a lot of beach stuff. (chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc.) Make sure you... More

If you park at the farthest end of the parking lot, it's still a long walk to the ocean. It took us at least twenty minutes of walking from the parking lot to the ocean. The bathrooms and snack bar are so far from the beach as to be un-usable. The beach is nice, white sand. It's full of small... More
