We have been coming to Madeira for five years, and actually got married right on the beach near John's Pass. Very laid back beach for families and the more mature crowd. Madeira is not the spring break Panama City crowd which is why we love it.

Mad Beach is where its at! Soft, white sandy beaches, beautiful Gulf of Mexico views with lots of fabulous sunrises and sunsets. Ample parking with pay lots. Pack a picnic lunch, bring snacks and enjoy the clean, safe beach.

We come here a few times a year..love it! Great family atmosphere and clean beach. This beach is a lot less crowded than Clearwater Beach just a few miles north.

Great uncrowded beach. Sure you can go a few miles north to crowded Clearwater but why?? I love little beach towns like this.

Madera Beach is our choice for beautiful sunsets and people watching. The view from our fourth floor beachfront condo was spectacular and even included a beachfront wedding.

Convenient access to John's Pass with some good restaurants and shops. Very good beach for hanging out and watching the sunset!

This is our favorite beach in Florida. Not overrun with chain hotels. Low key approach to your sand and surf. Great to relax and recharge your batteries.

Mad beach, as the locals call it, is a bit of old school Florida beaches. It is peaceful, not as crowded and most of all beautiful. There are some of the tourist type places to go, which all have wonderful food and local crafts, but the beach...it is the best!
