This was a great trip! Captain John and 1st Mate Claudia were knowledgeable and tons of fun. We saw at least 5 pods of dolphin including several with babies, a Manatee as well as multiple types of birds. We were on the 6:00 cruise on August 8th. It was great fun, we learned a lot and it was a delightful... More

We had a fantastic trip with our Captain and First Mate Ben. They were informative and we followed the dolphins for the entire cruise. Fun for the kids and the adults. Friendly, clean and so enjoyable. This is a hit for all ages. Don't miss this fun outing if you are in the area.

We took the 2:00 cruise on Thursday, July 31. It was an absolutely amazing experience. We saw so many dolphins, including a group of about 15-20 dolphins at the same time. There were at least two baby dolphins. They seemed very excited to show off and to interact with the boat. Captain Greg had lots of interesting facts to share... More

Today we took our 6 year old and 2.5 year old girls on our first dolphin quest. We couldn't have chosen better! Captain Greg was full of interesting facts about the surrounding area as well as the dolphins he successfully kept in sight! He even looked up dolphin sounds on his phone and played then over the intercom much to... More

My family of 3 took the 12pm trip on July 30 after making a phone reservation that same morning. The boat was stable and comfortable without feeling crowded. We grabbed seats in the front third of the boat. Once you leave the dock, Captain Greg will let you know that you can stand up and walk around. Don't be shy,... More

Saw a good amount of dolphins and one of them was a baby with its mother. The baby was about the size of two 2 liter soda bottles. It was something special to see how the baby would never drift away and would follow the same motion as the mother. Other parts of the tour were seeing the different buildings... More

I wanted to take my father, who is 95, on a lovely trip and chose this cruise out of John's Pass in Madiera Beach. I have to tell you that it was definitely worth it! We cruised around some lovely million dollar homes and dolphins surrounded the boat, swimming along with us, mothers and babies together! Captain Greg and Claudia... More

My sister and niece are visiting from CA, we went on July 20, 2014, which was my mom's 70th Birthday. Capt. Greg was awesome, he announced my mom's b-day and every sang happy birthday to her. He didn't just tootle along, when there weren't any dolphins he sped up to create a wonderful breeze. He was able to spot the... More

A group of 26 Senior Citizens had a SUPER Time watching the dolphins play, jump, & show off in and around Boca Ciega Bay. The Captain and his 1st mate were very informative and kept a watchful eye out for the "hiding" dolphins. It took some searching to find a pod BUT when they did, we were able to see... More

I spent an hour-and-a-half aboard the Dolphin Quest excursion boat viewing several pods of dolphin and getting a very interesting tour of Boca Ciega Bay and its surrounding million dollar homes. The captain of our ship was Captain Greg, a very funny fellow, with an extensive knowledge of the bay and the surrounding area. I'll not reveal any of his... More
