We went to this beach as a family of 3 with a 6 year old on 3 occasions during our stay in Florida, and found it easy to park on all occasions. There is a cafe nearby which does really nice burgers / sandwiches, toilets and showers to wash the sand off your feet. The beach wasn't over crowded, and... More

Good beach, nice sand, water very clear. Quite busy but not crowded. Cafe near by very good. Big car park. Toilets available and changing cubicle. Best thing was when 3 dolphins swam by- amazing!

This is an awesome beach. White sand, beautiful water. We spend the whole day there. They have plenty of parking and also places for picnics. Concession stand and bathrooms were really nice. Along the trail they have changing rooms so you do not have to walk to the restroom and wait. We use to go here many many years ago... More

We were actually on the way to Longboat Key Beach, but, lots of traffic at 1:00 pm. Saw good parking and beautiful beach. Not powder like Siesta KEy, but, still a great beach. 2 hours of sun & surf and we crossed the street to the Coquina Baywalk, nice views, nice little walk. Great day with a good friend!! bathrooms,... More

Went one morning to check it out, didn't stay long. Just as nice as Siesta Key with more parking available!

Go early because the secret it out and it can get very busy in the afternoon. This area is beautiful! Clean, soft sand, huge shells, not too many people (in the morning), picnic areas, showers, bathrooms, and just amazing beach scenery. This is what you imagine when you think of a wonderful paradise beach. Just go and see for yourself.

This was probably out most fave beach we visited this part week. We went to 5 different beaches including Sanibel Island and Siesta Keys. This beach had clear water, nice soft white sand, clean and not crowded. It was very family friendly and just peaceful.

One of my favorite places in the Anna Maria area. Its a wonderful place during the week to take a chair in the back of your car and unload and read a book on the beach. Its also a great place to watch birds. I have seen osprey and all the typical Florida beach birds. It can be cool so... More

Shady picnic area, beautiful soft white sand and an amazing all-around view. This beach is simply one of my favorite places to go. Love it!
