Well worth a visit. A multitude of tropical plants in an ideal setting. I can't believe this is free. A wonderful way to spend a few hours. Thanks to all the volunteers who take care of this garden. If you are lucky one of them will share the all splce tree with you.

This is a lovely setting with very good exhibits, a broad variety of gardens all of which are well presented and interesting and some very nice trails to walk. Around almost every corner is something well worth stopping to admire / look at. A good visit.

The Florida Botanical Gardens is a beautiful setting nestled in busy Largo. We love going for their Holiday Lights. Make sure you bring cash because even though it's technically free, they do accept donations.

This is a beautiful garden & all the items are well marked. There is no charge for this garden & it has more formal gardens as well as nature trails. An alligator has laid eggs & they should be hatching soon. Sometimes there is so much to see in our own back yards, so to speak, and it is nice... More

The Botanical Gardens are decorated with lights for the Christmas season and well worth the suggested $2 donation. You can stroll through the beautiful gardens with imaginative lighting displays. There are often entertainers in the central area where you can purchase hot chocolate and cookies to complete your evening. The gardens are also beautiful and well maintained by the Master... More

Its a favorite place I enjoy going to have a peaceful walk and enjoy the flora and fauna of our Florida landscape. Many exotic plants are here though as well and lovely flowers of all color and types- you'll see lots of bird life, aquatic life and the occasional bunny or racoon here and there. I have seen gators including... More

This was a very nice quaint garden in Largo Florida. No fee to get in. Nice walkways, bridges. Lots of signs saying do not harass the alligators, we did not see any but glad they warn the public to leave them alone. There is always someone who likes to feed or harass wildlife when they should not. Overall nicely laid... More
