While visiting the Tampa area, we went because we had a family pass to an arboretum in our home area. The GPS took us to the back gate which was fine. There are parking lots on all sides of the gardens. It is free admission, no one at any of the gates checked! We went on a Wed morning so... More

"AWESOME" Gardens - Great place to walk, relax and just enjoy nature at it's BEST! Not too busy on the weekdays - weekends are usually packed! Great place for the kids also.

I used to go and do homework up at the Botanical Garden to get away and concentrate. For a Pinellas County run park, it's very nice. If you've been to some of the gardens in Europe, you'll be disappointed.

First there is no admission charge, but they accept donations and this place is huge. It has 30 acres of cultivated gardens and 90 acres of natural landscapes to wander around and enjoy. We happened to stop when they had the Diggin the Arts show going on with artist spread throughout the facility painting and art education displays and vendors... More

These gardens are small in size but they are unique and well maintained. Admission is free. They are not too far from I-275. They have a beautiful garden courtyard where weddings are held as well as a gift shop and ample parking. Allow an hour to walk through the gardens. If you are traveling the Gulf coast of Florida, this... More

Suitable to enjoy a quiet walk, relax in the beautiful gardens. Beautiful for weddings and outdoor events. Well cared gardens, in June the roses are in full bloom. At Christmas, it becomes a winter wonderland.

Pleasant enough grounds - plus a live alligator! Could be a little larger, I suppose - the grounds, not the alligator!

I have a membership here and Its one of my favorite place to go during the day with my small son. I love taking pictures there or just going and sitting for lunch. It is large for a garden but some what small. We always enjoy our time there and it is useally quite and peaceful.
