We're so lucky to have these beautiful gardens so near by. There seems to be something new each time we go. As you stroll through, there are convenient benches to stop and relax and enjoy the plants and flowers. There are lawn chairs overlooking the water lily filled ponds -- bring lunch and enjoy! There is even a wedding garden... More

So many flowers, so beautiful. Easy to walk through. Will get a neck ache from turning your head side to side to see the flowers (smile). So lovely and peaceful. Fragrance of flowers is subtle but really nice. Places to sit and just enjoy looking.

It is absolutely stunning, words cannot describe the plants and flowers and manicured lawns of the gorgeous garden paradise in little Largo! Id' like to have a wedding ceremony there and I don't even really want o become married, HA!... It's that nice!! GO here, especially during garden festivals and sales and special events or at the Holiday time for... More

This is a very nice small quiet place to meander. Several artists were painting which was interesting to stop and observe for a few moments. I thought the Heritage trail was also interesting. It has a slice of Florida Holmestead history.

Wanted to see the gardens in the Spring before we left for the summer. We see them at Christmas for the beautiful light show. Boy was I disappointed! Hardly anything in full bloom. Guess that happens in the summer. Also the attached Heritage Park was closed! Today is Tuesday. They close on Holidays and Tuesdays! Go figure?!?

My 2.5 year old wanted to go see flowers this week when it was time for our hike. We went on 4/23 for the guided tour. However, we were about 10 minutes late and missed it, and the weather turned against us about half way through. We went back this week. She had a blast pointing out the colors of... More

While visiting family in St. Pete, we saw a small blurb for the botanical gardens and since we enjoy gardens we visited the gardens. Our family members in St. Pete were unfamilar with them. Much to our surprised, we enjoyed a two hour self tour walking through enjoying the beauty of the trees, flowers, and shrubbery. Almost every item was... More

Loved all the gardens and plants. Normally you would pay for this. A good sized area with well made flat paths. Shame the heritage village next door does not open on a Monday or Tuesday as you can walk easily from the gardens.

My visit to the gardens was intentional. To be outside and look at beautiful flowers. I live locally and never get tired of visiting. As always, the grounds were well kept, the view was beautiful, the peace and quiet was welcomed.
