Many people may pass on this park but don't make that mistake. This has to be one of the best most beautiful landscaping I've ever seen on a par with either Miami or the Yamato gardens in West Palm Beach. Plants flowers art work walking trails wedding plaza and ponds. So many plants with great signage that makes it easy... More

Hard to believe there is no cost to visit. The gardens are spectacular, with many different areas (palms, orchids, herbs, etc.). We went twice during our week-long vacation to the area.

As previously mentioned by others, this free park is a treasure to stroll around at any season and share with in town guests or grab friends and make time to walk around and enjoy nature and study various flowers, trees and herbs. The grounds are always kept up with, good rotation of plants and everything is labeled very well. It... More

I only had a hour to spend for my visit, but I was able to see all of the garden areas in that time. That being said, it is a very large park and you could easily spend half a day here. I love succulents, and was very pleasantly surprised to find a small but very nice succulent and cactus... More

Check the weather and bring a camera. This is one of the most beautiful places in all of Tampa Bay. There are frequently weekend weddings so choose your time. Either early or later but the gardens are massive and have nice clean bathrooms.

Tranquil gardens that are quiet and beautiful to walk round. It really gave us a different day out away from the hustle and bustle of the beach! The gardens are beautifully kept and the walking trails are easy to follow with very clear labelling so you know what all the plants, trees and flowers are. We also enjoyed trying to... More

This is such a nice place to sit, relax, and enjoy nature. They have events all year round from carolers during Christmas to jugglers in the spring. Perfect for family outings on any day of the week.

We finally visited this place after three years of living here. It has trails that you can walk and explore; benches and seats for you to seat through out the park. There are a lot of fish and some turtles in the pond. There were signs indicating that there are alligators but we didn't spot any. It just a great... More

Well worth a visit. A multitude of tropical plants in an ideal setting. I can't believe this is free. A wonderful way to spend a few hours. Thanks to all the volunteers who take care of this garden. If you are lucky one of them will share the all splce tree with you.
