Outstanding facility for children to learn about many different artistic and interesting ideas. Teachers should definitely take their students here for some cultural exposure and an educational experience above the rest in Lakeland/Polk Co.

Took my daughter here and she loved it. We got to take the time and see and do a lot together. The best thing about this museum is that it is hands on so the kids will NOT be bored. This is a place that we will visit many more times together.

Fun little museum! My 5 year old loves playing in most of the exhibits there - especially the orange grove and publix mock store. Great way to spend an afternoon!

First time visit. Had our 6 & 7 year old grandchildren. The place is very small and many of the displays were in poor condition. It was very busy because of summer camp but we had a break while they were eating lunch. My grandkids spent a few minutes looking around at each area. Their favorite was the supermarket area.... We took our three grandkids (all under 5) to get them out of the sun for a day. Very inexpensive entertainment for hours of fun. Everything is hands-on. The kids especially liked the play grocery store, complete with kid sized carts and a beeping scanner checkout. Also the orange juice "processing plant." Great place for kids to use their energy... If you're looking for something in Central Florida for your children to do inside (yet very active) this should be near the top of your list. And as a bonus you get to enjoy beautiful downtown Lakeland, a classy small city. The Explorations V staff continues to maintain a quality children's attraction. Parents and grandparents will have fun watching their... More

We've been annual pass holders for 2 years now (my son is almost 5 yrs old) and have seen lots of updates and improvements since then. Publix shopping area has had a complete remodel as well as the interactive fire truck! If your child has an imagination, they will have a blast! Best of all is the 10:30 am weekday... More

Needs major help. Most interactive exhibits were broken or not fully functional. We spent an hour and were ready to leave. Went once - won't go again. Cheap entrance fee but still not worth the cost.
