The Club House is set in a beautiful golf course, and it will come as a surprise to many that this is a retired mine, proving that the environmentalist are ill-informed about mining. The food is fine, and the view over the retired phosphate mine quite lovely.

Had been told about this course but have never played it because there were never T-times before 10 AM and it was a little pricey to play that late. Finally, a group of friends decided to play it last Saturday. It was everything the reviews and friends said. The staff was very friendly. The ranger greeted us like we were... More

We were visiting Lakeland from the UK & Florida is always great for Golf & Country clubs. This was lovely & we visited most days for Happy Hour Margaritas & Beer !! We also ate at one of their speciality buffet evenings, it was Cajun, & great value with good food. We don't have their equivalent in the UK, as... More

It's been several years since we have played this course which was taken private but is now open to the public again. It is simply a stunning course with some of the best scenic golf holes in the area. If you are looking for somewhere to play for around $40 you won't fine much better then this course.

Although we were staying in Orlando for spring baseball it was suggested to us that we play The Club at Eaglebrooke. The clubhouse got us through in quick order and golf balls were provided with your golf fees. The course was in excellent shape and we would have enjoyed it more if the winds had not been 30 mph+. With... More

On arrival I parked so near the bag drop that I planned to walk over and carry my clubs but the attendant came racing over with a cart. +1. Check in was fast and easy and I bought a good pair of sunglasses at the pro shop at a price that would make Walmart blush. +2. There were free range... More

My husband and I were staying in Mulberry, just south of Lakeland. We so loved this course and used golf now. Outstanding greens, fairways and every hole was breathtaking. Compared to what we pay in Canada, this course is outstanding value. Free driving and beautiful facility. want to go back in February and would play it everyday. Nothing like it... More

The Ron Garl designed Eaglebrooke Golf Club is a must play when visiting Polk County. Most of the Fairways are wide enough for duffers, but it is a challenge to shoot a low score on this championship layout in south Lakeland. Greens are fast and tricky, and you need to avoid the well placed bunkers throughout. Enjoy some great country... More
