Beautiful gardens and bell tower. Museum had nice displays and history of the family. We did not go into the house but walked around it. Some areas were closed for renovations. For adults this place is great, think my teen agers would be bored silly.

A very nice out of the ordinary experience while visiting Florida. Steeped in history and beauty. Take a blanket and relax under the trees while listening to the sounds of the bell tower. Enjoy the museum and learn about this attraction and the surrounding area.

It had been 10 years or more since I had been to Bok Tower so my wife and I decided to make a day trip over to Lake Wales to visit and were very pleased. I appreciated the garden much more so than I anticipated being that my focus was visiting the Pinewood Estate on the property (which is a... More

I would have given this review 5 stars except that they were doing all kinds of construction all over the place and especially repairs to the tower itself. There was only one side that I could get pictures without any construction paraphernalia. My daughter and I got there for the first concert it was very nice....,listening under the oak trees... This is an interesting place to visit both the Bok Tower and the buck mansion. The gardens and the tower are under construction and will be for awhile and that is a bit distracting. The view from iron mountain is terrific and you can see a long ways. The carillon plays often and is very nice. It is more easily... More

I did not expect this to impact me as much as it did. Of course, you may see this as just another garden and a walk outdoors; however, it truly can be inspiring as you reflect on how Edward Bok gave his time, talent and treasure to provide something so beautiful for those he would never meet. Many places to... More

We went with another couple. The house is worth buying the Combo package in order to see. The gardens and carillon tower are a beautiful and relaxing place to walk and enjoy. Check the times for carillon performances.

Excellent indoor display outlining history and building of Bok Tower. On going films about Fl and Bok Tower to further education and understanding. Grounds and outdoor areas are extremely well kept and maintained. More identifying signage for trees and bushes would be helpful Excellent restaurant/snack area available for relaxing before or after tour.
