Serene, informal gardens with meandering pathways wind up to the central attraction, a 205' tower housing a 60 bell carillon which provides a 1/2 hour concert twice a day. There are many benches to relax on along the way. Edward Bok who donated the beautiful tower and grounds to the American people is buried in front of the great brass... More

The Bok Tower Gardens is an attraction you may want to visit more then one time. The magnificent tower and the live Carillon Concerts are outstanding. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and encompasses several hundred acres of land that are used for conservation purposes. Improvements are on going and they have plans for way into the future.

We drove over two hours for our visit and were amply rewarded. The beauty and spirituality of the environment was surprising to me. The gardens are extremely well maintained and may be explored by walking the charming mulch paths. There is also transportation to the tower and paved paths for those folks that need that amenity. There were two 30... More

This is a very nice place to go and spend a day. They only have live carillonneur on Thursday thru Sunday though the rest of the time there is recorded music. If you are there while it is live they have a viewing area where you can sit and watch him play over a large TV. Beautiful grounds with great... More

Desiring a day in the Orlando area away from the theme parks and in touch with nature, we sought the help of the concierge at the hotel. She recommended we take in Bok Tower Gardens. With our annual membership in our local arboretum, we were given free entry to the gardens. The plants were set up in a beautiful display... More

Absolutely worth the drive. It was so beautiful. There was a concert in the tower the day we went and it was lovely. It was also one of two days a year dogs are allowed and that was fantastic. Every kind of dog you could imagine was there and their owners were so lovely to chat to about their babies.... More

Went to Easter Sunrise Service. The Tower is nice to see and the grounds are beautiful. The entrance fee is minimal.

This is a wonderful structure erected as a monument to its founder. It has wonderful music and is visible for many miles around due to it unique height and the flatness of the land on which it is situated.

The gardens here are second to none and include almost every kind of Florida geography. The home tour with it decorated for Christmas was a real highlight of the day also. The carillon musical show was also a highlight and the views you get from this high point of Florida allow for some great photos you can't get anywhere else.... More

The gardens are beautiful. We took a free guided tour with a volunteer who pointed out the names of plants & talked about Bok history. It enhanced our visit so much. The cafe had great salads & sandwiches at a reasonable price. It is a peaceful getaway with old Florida charm. Probably wouldn't be much fun for younger kids.
