Bok Tower Gardens is a beautiful spot so near the activity of Disney World and a perfect place to visit for some relaxation. The gardens are beautiful and the short hike around the gardens are really worth it, even on a hot day. The singing tower is very special the chimes played beautifully.

We enjoyed our visit here. Generally this area of Florida is quite flat so it was nice to get up high and see a bit of a view. Lovely gardens, ponds and tower with a carillion concert. There is some work going on at the moment, but this did not spoil our trip. Fantastic 'curtain' of air plants and a... More

I can't slam Bok Tower Gardens, but I can't love it either. The grounds are picturesque. The opportunity to stroll is worth pursuing. The tower is impressive... and not open to climb. I'll admit that I should have done further research before detouring to see this national historic landmark. Nonetheless, I was disappointed to stop short of what would surely... More

Sit on a bench and look REALLY look at the world around you ... see the sun bounce off the towering building ... hear the chimes blowing in the breeze ... see the flowers and shrubs ... listen to the songs of birds ... feel the warm breeze on your face ... close your eyes and drift into a serene... Very interesting place, beautiful area to get out and walk, however be careful as it closes at six pm daily so get there at least by 4:30pm. It is under construction so it was not in the best shape.

very scenic, kind of pricey for a garden, lots of trees and flowers, beautiful garden walk to the tower, bells play and you can hear them thru out your walk, can't go in the tower unless you have a membership or employee

Be sure to watch the introductory movie in the visitor center. There is a display of what is in bloom there, too. Stroll paths through woodland and planned gardens and follow one up to the beautiful carillon (concerts at 1pm and 3pm). It is worth the extra couple of dollars to tour the 20-room Mediterranean-style mansion, “El Retiro,” built in... More

This is one of my favorite places to visit. The Tower and grounds are magical. It is located between Orlando and Tampa in Wales, FL. Bring the family, or take a romantic stroll among the elegant gardens. They offer many extra events, such as camping and concerts.

The garden is unique with all of the natural beautiful true Florida plant life. The tower sings every half hour, it has a moat surrounding, with Koi, and lush lily pads. It's so breathtaking!

This is one of the places we go to every year while we're in central Florida. It's away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks. A bit of old time Florida. Smell the roses and camellias. Enjoy the various flower gardens. Tour the estate. It's a lovely way to spend the better part of a day.
