A.H.S. reciprocal garden. The beauty of a gift representing the people of the Netherlands is a lovely story for a peaceful estate and garden. There are little shuttles you can hop onto to speed your journey from one area of interest to the next. The main entrance is a bustling courtyard between the indoor staff were quite pleasant. Many of the flowering stuff was just past its best but even so looked good. Nice park area to wander around and when they have the 1pm concert a great place to sit and listen. There is a small museum which is interesting and also a cafe where you can get snacks. The cafe is well worth visiting good food... More

What a visionary Mr. Bok was. His creativity will be enjoyed forever. The beauty of this place shone through, even in the pouring rain.

When you get tired of the bustle of amusement parks, this place is perfect for collecting your thoughts. Built in 1929 by Mr. Bok, the editor-and-chief of Ladies Home Journal, this amazing tower is a work of art. It's 60+ bell carillon is played every day at 1:00 and 3:00. The bells also sound on the hours. Surrounded by acres... More

These are beautiful gardens & the Tower & music is worth the drive & stop as it is out of the way. Just a good place to sit & relax & reflect. Was surprised how far it was to the gardens from where you paid to come in. Be sure to look for discount tickets. You drive through Orange Groves... More

What a wonderful place to visit in the middle of nowhere!!! We spent a few hours walking around the gardens and loved it. While not all flowers are in bloom yet, there were plenty for us to see. The tower itself is spectacular. We were able to listen to the 3:00 PM Carillon concert which was excellent. The grounds are... More

And then we were told it had been recorded and that speakers were "playing" the bells. How disappointing! We traveled from... More
