Wasn't welcomed as I expected, guess they were short handed. But the place was very interesting. Has culture and history of Kissimmee.

For $5 per person you can stroll through historical buildings of what life was like a few years ago. The staff are very nice and helpful. We went self guided and read about the history of each little building. Restrooms were clean and we went across the street for a little nature walk and got to see a couple more... More

The guide made this an excellent experience. He was funny, knowledgeable and even ended the tour by playing the mandolin!

We love history, so this was so much fun. Al our guide was sensational, funny and able to give lots of information. The cost is $5 per person whether you have a guided tour or just tour on your own. I suggest the guided tour very highly. Lots of interesting things to see in the buildings and you also get... More

Loved the Cracker House and the Breezeway. Our guide was fantastic and we received a personal tour! Since she was a local, she had valuable information to share.

The museum was very interesting filled with a ton of history on Osceola County. We took a 45 minute tour of the Pioneer village with a very informative tour guide. Across the street from the village is a nature preserve that was wonderful to walk.

The Museum is free and the Pioneer Village provides a $5/person tour. Both are informative. The tour guide at the Pioneer Village was very knowledgeable I had no dislikes at these locations. They are time well spent.

We were looking for the Shingle Creek Natural Area and by chance came upon this unassuming area of 1880s buildings. The buildings are original but not in their original locations. The tour was $5 and was given by Christy, a young woman who was a wealth of information about the buildings, people and the area. There were pioneer homes, orange... More
