We walked to the OLD 7 Mile Bridge from our hotel and then walked the 2.2 miles (each way of course) of the bridge. The scenery is beautiful and if you take your camera you will be able to snap the sunrise if you go early in the morning. I do suggest you walk the OLD 7 Mile Bridge early... More

And support the Friends of Old Seven while you do. This group is raising money and lobbying the state to preserve at least this section of the old Flagler railroad/Overseas Highway by maintaining it as a bike and walking trail instead of letting it fall apart and drop into the ocean as other sections are doing. Because I rode in... More

What can you say? Absolutely beautiful, never walked the entire 2.2 miles, just a portion of it.Took pics every night, should post some. The same day we went to the Turtle Hospital we also went to the bridge that evening. This majestic, huge turtle, had to be larger than any we had seen that day. We had been told earlier that... More

Traffic was not as bad as we thought it would be. Gulf on the right Atlantic on the left. BEAUTIFUL!! There are several pull offs on the gulf side to stop and see beautiful sun sets and one island even has damp sites. Carry you bug spray!!

Driving across the Seven Mile Bridge provides a spectacular view - water on both sides. Be sure to drive across during daylight. Otherwise you won't see anything.

Not sure why this is an attraction. It is just a long and plain bridge. No need to stop as you get the same view from the dozens of other bridges in the keys.

This is one of those views that all travelers should experience at least once in their lifetime. This was our second visit to the bridge and our children's first. All of us were mesmerized as we drove across it. On our trip back, in a mild rain shower, we saw a double rainbow, which was especially amazing. On a drive... More

There is pull off on the north side/ gulf side. Not much parking. More parking by the Sunset grill on the ocean side and there is a walk through. Eat at the grill then walk over to see the sunset. There is a pool at the Sunset grill where our kids love to swim. We love it there. Visiting here... More
