Nice bike ride

Easy parking at base of bridge. Nice ride on old span. Disappointing that Pigeon Key ramp was closed. Must come back

The views from this highway is a beautiful sight to see and experience. You realize just how small you are in the world and the engineering feat to do this to stand against pretty bad weather conditions.

Don't miss this on your way to Key West, other wise you will end up in the Atlantic. On the way in we saw an awesome thunder storm over 7 mile bridge. On te way back we saw the sunrise.

If you enjoy a leisurely scenic walk and gorgeous sunsets this is the place to be!! We stayed within walking distance of the bridge and walked the bridge several times, always toward evening to catch the sunsets. Be sure to read about the history of the bridge.

This long bridge is an engineering marvel, best traveled and viewed from a high-rise vehicle such as a motor home. You can really appreciate its large traffic lanes when you view the previously used span which was originally constructed as a railroad bridge for Henry Flaglers trains to Key West. We enjoy the beautiful green and blue waters as we... More

This is an amazing view. It really plays tricks on the mind as you drive down the road and boats travel beside you. It was very clean.

During a recent stay in Marathon, my daughters and I crossed this remarkable bridge six times. Each crossing was an amazing drive and sight! As my older daughter said...both my daughters are known for getting lost on road trips..."we didn't get lost a single time."

The old Seven Mile Bridge is a great piece of history. Still trying to figure out how Mr. Flagler managed to build this! What a way to travel over the beautiful, colorful water. Just hope that the bridge will continue to endure and that funds are set aside to preserve it.

The drive was amazing, all through the Key West. Crisp blue sky, clear water, bright beautiful white sand just breathtaking. I'm still in Floriday keys hangover, lol!
