Did the morning mangrove kayaking. Lucked out with a very small group. Our tour guide, Daniel, was amazing. Really cool guy with lots of knowledge and enthusiasm. One of the best kayaking trips I've ever been on. I really enjoyed it. Saw tons of wildlife, including a small nurse shark hanging out below my kayak. Very cool. Daniel is so... More

Kayaks were in good condition and everyone was given a bottle of water. Mixture of travelling along open channels and through mangrove tunnels. We were in a group of 7 plus the guide. Good to travel through the mangrove and understand more about the different types of mangrove. Not much wildlife seen in the mangrove but that wasn't the main... More

We spent the day kayaking in the Florida Keys. After much research we decided on Keys Kayak. The first half of the day, we explored the bay side following the map Vince provided. Words cannot describe how beautiful it was. We wandered through mangrove tunnels where you had to pull yourself through tight spots. We help jellyfish, caught fish, saw a shark.... More

We took our whole family kayaking through the mangroves on Marathon Key. This was a perfect three hour trip leaving from the beautifully manicured Sombrero Beach, traveling along the waterways and then through the mangrove canals. The weather was perfect, no insects, cool breeze, and nature at its finest. A young college student performing his internship for Outdoor Leadership for... More

This company was great, but I hate anything that flies (bugs in general), stings, or crawls above your head as you kayak. If you are afraid of crap spiders don't go into the mangroves. My husband loved it, but I did not. The rental equipment was great, and I can't complain about that.

Great prices for rentals of kayaks and paddle boards. This is the second time I have rented from this place. Very friendly and great prices on rentals, plus they delivered and picked up what ever you wanted to rent!

My wife and I kayak a lot at home and on vacation. This was our first visit to the Florida Keys and kayaking was high on the to do list. I found Keys Kayak online and the reviews were very good. I spoke to Bob, the owner, who couldn't be a nicer guy and booked our eco-tour through the mangroves... More

Well it was a windy day and just about every other tour and activity was not happening. Bob from Key Kayaks called to tell us about the wind but we agreed to go. Left from sombrero beach with Brian as our guide. He was very attentive, polite and informative. Kayaking through the mangroves was a good experience, I would recommend... More

I consider myself an adequate kayaker -- in open water -- but this was very different as we wound our way through the narrow trails within the mangrove forest. It was both challenging and informative and our guide, Daniel, was super!!! Although each of us had previous kayaking experience he provided a thorough refresher as well as extremely helpful paddling... More

We took the 2 hour mangrove Eco tour with Daniel. He met us with the kayaks at Sombrero Beach. After some instruction to make sure everyone was ok with using a kayak, we paddled to the entrance to the mangroves. The tide makes the water flow through the channels we were about to enter. Dan's tips were really helpful on... More
