The Garden Club has developed a small botanical garden behind their building on Overseas Highway. While the hours are limited, the plants are wonderful. Equally wonderful are the docent members who are happy to discuss the plants and advise you about your garden.

We've done the house tour in Key West and it's always been fun and interesting. This year, we also did the Marathon House Tour. Garden Club members are very knowledgable and helpful. The volunteers at each home were friendly and fun to talk to. We loved the homes on the tour (as well as the beautiful flower arrangements provided by... More

It is only held one day a year, the first Saturday in March I believe. But it is a MUST SEE event. Homes that are so perfect they do not look real (or lived in). Plenty of parking so it is easy to navigate, very well run. Best ever!

My wife and I went there to get some information about what plants to purchase for around our home. A staff member took the time to show and explain to us what we needed to plant and what to stay away from. Excellent experience

We went for their garden club sale. Wonderful plants raised by members. Very reasonable prices. Neat vendors also. The club has a great clubhouse. My wife as a Garden Club activist in Port Charlotte FL was jealous!
