This was my first time using a Standup Paddleboard (SUP) and so I took a tour. Cooper, my guide, was excellent in laying out a tour for a beginner, giving me hints when I needed them, and leaving me to learn when I wanted to. Aside from this tour, I also contacted them about snorkeling and jet skiing and they... More

I was in the Keys for a short stay, with only one morning to get in some dives. Most dive operators in the area don't have a divemaster in the water (though you can pay extra for a guide), which I was not comfortable with, so I was very pleased to discover that Captain Hook's is the exception, and does... Captain hooks helped make our stay on marathon AWESOME. The employees are funny, helpful, and informative but also super laid back. We did the snorkel trip. Due to winds in the Atlantic, we had to go to the gulf side. However, I was not disappointed at all! Totally worth $25 per person. We were in the water for 2 hours... More

We went out for a half day snorkelling trip and it was amazing! We couldn't recommend it more. We were taken to 2 spots and it was just fantastic! My husband got to swim with 2 turtles and my daughter saw a shark whilst snorkelling. The staff were really amazing and full of great information.

My sister and I did the Discover Scuba certification and had an awesome time. Kathleen was our instructor and I highly recommend her! All of the staff was friendly and laid back, which made it fun.

Having spent a lot of money on snorkel trips in the past, this was by far a better value. The captain and crew were passionate about protecting the reef and make sure everyone understands their responsibility in preserving it. They took us out to two different spots to snorkel around the reef. The water was kind of murky that day,... More

We already had a boat but needed snorkel gear as we had left ours at home. They were most helpful and friendly helping us get just what we needed and perfecting the sizing despite sizing confusion. Neat place. Also has great fish in their tanks to entertain while you wander the property.

Set off with Spearcrazy Charters, who are docked at Captain Hook's, and had an amazing time. The building itself had a great store, and a cool pond with interesting local species of fish in it (plus a couple of nurse sharks).

We were to go diving on Thursday but the seas were rough. The trip was cancelled. Good call by the Captain to keep the divers safe and happy. They went out on Saturday and dove the wreck and Horseshoe Reef. Two great dives. I will dive with Capt. Hooks again.
