Both parking areas had showers, a great way to clean up pups before they get in your car. There were a fair amount of bugs when we visited, so I recommend bug spray. Dogs have to stay on the leash. Understandable, but kind of a bummer.

For the keys, this is a really nice beach. You have to realize that the keys are all about boating, diving, and snorkeling. Anyone looking to for a beach to lie out on should head up to somewhere between Ft. Lauderdale and Jupiter. I've heard Bahia Honda has a nice swimming beach, but I haven't been there. That said, this... More

5 feet of beachfront with wet sand to lay on, the water was 90 degrees and you had to walk out 500 feet for it to be up to your waist

Hot, smelly and mucky! Not at all pleasant. Including the guy from Alabama doing a full change in the outside stall with no door, while a little girt waited to use the facility. Will not return.

After reading reviews on here, I was expecting a cool experience. Not what we got. The parking lot is small, there is no real beach (so you can't sit on the "sand"), and the sand in the water was more like quick sand. There's one thin passage that was actually okay to walk in while in the water. I won't... More

We love this place. We live in Tampa so the drive down can be long and boring. Anne's Beach is a great halfway stop between Miami and Key West. We love to stop and just take a breath. It's quite beautiful scenery, if you ask me.

The beach was nice enough with white sand, but you had to walk through some sort of plant growth crawling with bugs to get to the beach. There's a kind of cool walkway that connects 2 different parts of the park, with some picknicking capabilities, though you cannot grill.

here you can walk in to the shallow water and go for hundreds of meters and the ground feels very soft.

If you know the Keys, you know real Beaches are hard to come by. All the Beaches are Coral rock, unless you go to a resort beach ( where they import the sand). My friend was visiting & we decided to go to Anne's Beach. I suggest you get there early for parking is very limited. It has showers, bathrooms... More

We, [family of 5] were snorkeling up by John Pennekamp SP and afterwards decided to drive down to Robbie's then Anne's Beach since were were within 20 miles or so and had an afternoon to kill. Anne's beach has nearly no parking [about 10 spaces each in 2 roadside lots]. I parked .5 miles away and walked over. The sulfer... More
