We came here in hopes for some nice snorkeling, after reading lrher's reviews. Not much to see, we snorkels the entire south side of the jetty, and that made it ok. The park entry fee is per person, which was kinda costly for a state park, where most are per car in my experience. The gate person was informative, but... More

Very nice, fun pool and beach. I like this pool better than Jacob's Aquatic Center in Key Largo. They were polite and friendly. Nice grassy areas by the pool for picnics. Beach, tennis courts all very nice. Marina with gorgeous boats. A bit expensive with an extra cost to use pool, but hey this is the Keys, right? No snack... More

Boat ramps but rentals not available anymore. Pool and 3m dive board fun and different, nice break for kids to do away from all the normal salt water activities while at Executive Bay Club next door. If you are staying in Islamorada, there is no entry fee.

This is a very nice pool and it is huge. They charge a very high price to enter the park and then another fee to use the pool. There were only about 30 people at the pool and there will only a few chairs. Most people were sitting on picnic tables. I asked if there were any more chairs and... More

Affordable, great beach for swimming and snorkeling! Pool, marina, and much more! I highly recommend this for a picnic and beach day while in the keys!

Olympic size pool with dual diving boards and a high dive. Water park for the little ones and you get in free to the park with your hotel invoice and its only a small fee to get into the pool. Well worth it.

We had stopped in the Islamorada Visitor Center located right next door and asked about places we could snorkel right off the beach and this was recommended. We were staying at Harbor Lights on Islamorada and were informed that we could bring our Islamorada motel receipt and have free admission to here during our stay. Since we were early for... More

This is the best kept secret on the Islamorada. The park has a low entrance fee and offers, fishing, large pool, soccer fields, marina, and the best small snorkeling beach in the keys. We snorkeled and saw rays, tropical fish, puffers, barracudas, large crabs,, jellyfish etc. Great way to spend several days...

We travel with our best friend (4 legged) and try to find a Dog Park wherever we travel. This is a wonderful facility -- the people of Islamorada are very fortunate! It's not our first visit - but it's so completely family friendly -- from the jogging/walking track with fitness stops, to the dog park, soccer/sports fields and the wonderful... More

What more could you ask for Founders has it all and its in the keys. The dog park is great especially when the mafia dog owners are not sitting in their circle with their noses up in the air.
