Very affordable kayak rental, excellent staff and informative. Nice, efficient process right from Robbie's marina. Took the kayaks to Indian Key and was enjoyable -highly recommended.

We hired a kayak for half a day and paddled across to Indian Key and then round the mangroves on Matecumbe. Indian Key was really interesting as I did not know the story of what happened there. The mangroves were good as well, although all the animals were hiding whilst we were there, apart from one baby croc. The guys... More

Visited robbie's this past summer and rented a kayak. Was helped by vince who set me up perfectly with a map and also told me about points of interest on my trip. Vince was very helpful with knowlege about the area and threw in a little history lesson as well!

We rented Kayaks from Kayak Shack to paddle over to Indian Key. The staff was very helpful, and with thunderstorms in the vicinity, was watching the weather carefully to make sure conditions were safe for us to go out. They gave us good information about Indian Key and provided maps to help us explore this small, historic island. The paddle... More

So if you like to mix it up with nature, you will enjoy this excursion. This is our second Keys vacation to rent kayaks from the Kayak Shack. We love it! We rented their Hobie kayaks with the pedal drive and followed the mangrove trails first. It is scenery you absolutely cannot experience any other way. We saw one of... More

First I must say the staff here are very friendly and helpful. There is no pressure to do anything until you decide what it is you want to do. We opted for the half day kayak hire at $55 for a double. ($40 single) and this proved great value as we were out for at least 3 1/2 hours. The... More

Located next to Robbie's. A big shout out to Vince, Troy and Jeff who were so helpful, friendly and patient with all our questions. We chose a 2 hour Jet ski tour that included a 1/2 day of paddle boarding and/or kayaking. My kids felt that being on the Jet ski tour was better than not being sure where you... More

We rent kayak for the day and had a wonderful time, the guides... More

Robbies Marina is an authentic Keys experience and the staff at the Kayak Shack were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Not only did they explain everything thoroughly, but they provided maps of the mangrove channels that we would be traveling through. Everyone we dealt with was great, especially Vince and Troy. They even helped my wife who had broken her wrist,... More
