I have to compliment the staff on their excellent customer service. Everyone has been exceedingly helpful. Our dives where phenomenal – in fact it may have been the highlight of our vacation. My husband & I dove with Holiday Isle Dive Shop for the 5th time ! Our experience here was terrible! We went on a snorkeling trip and it was no good! First, I called an hour before our trip to inquire about the conditions and they said they were great. We get out to the reef, which is 18ft under, and they reveal that there is only 10ft visibility. The water was also so chopping... more
