The shows were impressive, the marine life very well cared for and maintained, the staff very friendly. I met the dolphins and they were so wonderfully trained, I loved every minute of my time spent there. Went with three friends between the ages 22-27 we all were very impressed.

The park itself is what you can expect of it : dolphin, sea lion and parrot shows, various basins. The animals seemed to be taken well care off (only sorry sight was an alligator in a way too small tank). The park area is not very big but is nicely maintained. THE attraction of the park is the dolphin swim,... More

My 14 year old daughter and I were recently on a mother daughter trip to the Floriday Keys. Our big treat was to swim with the dolphins at Theatre of the Sea and this place exceeded my expectations. She and I were able to spend 30 mins with 3 dolphins (two of which were mother/daughter) and 2 trainers. I have... More

We planned to spend the couple hours there before our Dolphin Wade. We ended up going back to our hotel for a while and returning before our reservation. The place is ok, but not worth the price.

We swam with dolphins today, as well as attended all the other shows. This place is truly a great experience! The staff's care of the animals is spellbinding and their knowledge is fantastic. We had a life changing time today with the dolphins. The staff's attitude about animal care is stellar. These animals are well-looked after. And there is a... More

We just took a spring break trip with our extended family: 3 little girls, 1 teenage boy, and 6 adults aged 30-68. We stayed at Hawk's Cay Resort (see my review of that), which is fairly close to Theater of the Sea. When discussing the trip with our grandchildren, the number one request was to "Swim with the Dolphins"!!! So,... More

Let me start by saying I was thrilled to be able to swim with the dolphins! We had 8 people in the group and we each had ample time to be with the dolphins and do the different commands. The trainers were great in explaining to us what we had to do for each interaction. I would definitely do this again.... More

We wanted to avoid the spring break crowds at Disney and opted for a vacation full of animal experiences. We followed up the Miami zoological foundation, which was also wonderful, with a trip to Islamorada and Theater of the Sea for the Dolphin Swim. It was costly, but well worth it! My husband and I had to join our children... More
