We've passed the water falls of the Theater of the Sea many times during our visits to the Keys and with some newbies this time, they wanted to check it out..so we obliged and made a date to stop. We visited the dolphin show - very good and sealion show - very good and the parrot show - good. There... More

Having been many times in the past, we treated our four grandchildren to a visit to Islamorada's answer to Sea World but on this occasion, were just a little disappointed. After buying our tickets we were advised that the open bottom boat (which normally features dolphins in the lagoon and iguanas in the trees) would not be running. The parrot... More

We took our family and 7 year old here, and the shows were fun, funny, and a close up view of all the animals, even meeting them, was included in the price. We learned more than any of us imagined we would and all of the trainers seemed to really love what they were doing. Everyone was polite and helpful... More

Once you get past the cranky as heck admission gals you have a pretty good time. First impressions are very important girls ! Like your job or move on. The turtle private tour for $55 was WONDERFUL !!!

I have driven by Theater of the Seas numerous times on our way to Key West. We always stay in Islamorada for one night. This year, decided to extend our stay and swim with the dolphins. (I had recently seen Dolphin Tale l and ll. ). our day was fabulous. being up close and personal with the dolphins was definitely... More

It was better than we anticipated, and lots of fun, entertaining shows. Perfect for a quiet morning just relaxing in the gardens and seeing the exhibits.

Family of 5. From the six year old to the 66 year old Pop we all enjoyed this family run attraction. Each show and exhibit were done by folks who truly love their work. You could see how much they care for the fish and birds. Small enough that you get so close to the fish and interesting for the... More

My husband and I went 11/7/14 (Christines last day) and had such a great time. Much more up close and personal than the commercial parks. You could see the love and passion with the staff. Dolphins and sea lions were awesome. Rehabbed sea turtles were amazing too. What great fun we had!!!! Will bring our kids next time!

Well worth a visit, we swam with rays great fun. Sue was very knowledgeable and friendly. Really enjoyed the shows and how they teach the animals, they do not have to take part if they choose not to.

Loved the idea of theatre of the sea! however on visiting today 1st November 2014, found the only restrooms were not the most clean. The food outlet only offered fast food and when we were looking to buy a coffee at 11am, the outlet was not open. Felt the leaflet we had picked up at our hotel was mis leading.... More
