Had a terrible experience on your boat, Memorial Day, May 25. Whoever filled in for Capt. Danny was insufficient. Plus, having a 12-year-old kid mocking guests, asking who's having a great time was the icing on the cake. I'll not come back. Get rid of the kid and bring back customer service. more
