We came down to Key West for a girls trip and found Captain's Corner through tripadvisor. We have one diver and two snorkelers in our group. The two snorkelers had a lot of trouble with the jellyfish on the surface (it's jelly season in the keys), but the diver didn't have any problems! Sand Key reef was beautiful! Duane was... More

We were in Key West to complete our open water part to become PADI certified open water divers. We chose Captain's Corner at random and I'm so glad we did! Our instructor Duane was amazing! After 2 days completing our certification we went back to dive on the Vandenburg with Duane as our guide! He was brilliant, it was only... More

My sister and I completed our advanced open water certification here. Billy was our instructor. He was professional and held us accountable for learning but didn't overwhelm us with information. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed taking the class from him. Captains Corner was a good outfit and their equipment was new so in great shape. I would... More

Captain's Corner is the dive destination for Key West. This was my first solo trip diving, and I was a bit nervous diving with people I hadn't dove with, let alone met before. But immediately upon my arrival I had awesome conversations with two of the staff, one of which (Dwayne/Duane) took me down to the booth to get checked... More

Dived the wreck of the Vandenberg. Did not know my son and I were pretty much on our own for the dive. Pretty much just drove us out and said "Have fun". 1 hour wait between dives, no refreshments, pretty much just hung out. They scheduled a couple of "technical divers" along with the normal, no decompression divers, so we... More

I can't tell you what their diving is like. Two scuba divers 3 snorkels. When it gets busy and there are 3 slots on the boat for snorkels I wouldn't count on getting your whole crew on the boat. Yesterday things were wide open ,today it's too busy. The divers were on the list no room for the other 3.... More

this was my second dive after certifying 8 years ago. the crew was very considerate and safety aware. had a wonderful dive and swam with a sea turtle. being dives ( there was two dives per afternoon trip) the crew made sure everyone was ok, not sea sick and hydrated. would dive with them any time.

These guys are great. This was only my second dive after qualifying for the Open Water so I was a little nervous about going down the 30m to the wreck. I needn't have worried. The crew on the boat, our guide Henry and the whole team were fantastic. They put us at ease and kept everything very safe and simple.... More

I would like to give Cheddie (sp) a thanks on taking our family out on a very fun and safe beginning dive. We have never SCUBA before and this was a very good experience. The crew worked hard for us and we really felt safe. Did not know what to expect with SCUBA but after our morning lesson and into... More

By and large there are only 3 or 4 recognizable dive companies in Key West. Captain's Corner is one of them. It's a decent company and run very well. The Dive Master's, and we used two different ones, Dewayne and Billy are excellent and know their stuff. Both continued our educational process with diving. Our trip was July 23 &... More
