This place was amazing. It cost around $13.00 to go in but it is a unique experience you don't usually get. The butterflies were beautiful!!!! The gift shop was great too. Near Southern most point in Key West. Worth seeing if you love butterflies!!

We've been to Key West several times and finally got around to visiting the Butterfly and Nature Conservatory. Definitely one of the better attractions on the island. There's a good variety of colorful butterflies and birds. A very soothing experience.

Though small, this butterfly conservatory was beautiful and fully stocked with winged creatures---more so than others I have visited. There is a nice gift shop attached to the conservatory. This stop is VERY close to the Hemingway house, Lighthouse and Southernmost point. I would definitely recommend hitting all three of these at the same time....then, dining out at Blue Haven!

My two young daughters, 5 and 3, just loved it! Perfect for their ages and it's something that they'll always remember. It was a great way to beat the heat and just a wonderful activity for younger children, which can be difficult to find in Key West. I would highly recommend it for any other family like ours.

The only reason didn't get full star was price. I thought going here of course daughter wanted to go to as many museum type places as possible I was thinking I didn't want to go. But upon walking in after paying very high price. I think it was about 40 2 adults and 1 child with aaa discount I was... More

Among the many attractions in Key West, we are one of the least expensive. With your AAA discount you received $2.00 off both of the adult admissions & $3.50 off the child admission. For 2 adults & 1 child your admission was $28.50 + tax. We are pleased that you found our volume of free flying butterflies amazing and we... More

We were just here a couple of months ago, but had to come back and show friends. We enjoyed it again as much as they did.

My wife and I enjoyed the Butterfly Conservatory. We had been on the bicycles most of the morning and it was a refreshing break from the heat. Not to mention we enjoyed walking among the butterfly’s and the flamingos.

Many fluttering, colorful butterflies/moths of all sizes with a few flamencos and other birds in a well-tended tropical garden. Peaceful with areas to sit and relax. Easy to take good photos. Large gift shop with numerous items from books to bird baths and attractive large garden sculptures. Worth a visit.

This was fun but geared towards the younger crowd although our group of adults did enjoy it. Lots of 2$ off coupons around town. We found them in several publications at our hotel.

This is a nice small extension with a lot of butterflies (80% are the same) and a couple of very small quails running around. It took all of 10 minutes to walk and take some pic's, but thats about it for $35 for me and my 2 kids! At the end there is the typical shop selling way over priced... More

We offer 1000 to 1500 free flying butterflies and have 50 to 60 species from 10 different countries. In addition we not only have quail but flamingos & 37 other species of tropical birds. Perhaps because you rushed through the Conservatory, you did not take in the variety of wild life that we have to offer. Admission is good for... More
