This trolley service has many stops which makes it very convenient to see all the sights of Key West. The drivers are friendly and give interesting historical facts and tidbits about the city. The tours do end around 6:00, so you have to be sure to schedule time accordingly.

The trolley bus tour was great. Ticket valid for 2 days travel, hop on hop off any of the stops. Very informative and helps you get your bearings of key west too.

This was the biggest waste of money during our 10 day south florida trip. The driver, Joe, was very rude to guests on the bus (not us) and spoke with a very fast new England accent that we could only understand every 5th word. He obviously wasn't going for good tips...and no one left a tip. Maybe he was just... More

we got tired of listening to the driver tell us stuff so just got out and walked ourselves after a while. If you have mobility issues and still want to see stuff this is a good option

Anne was a knowledgeable and funny guide and we found the trolley to be a good way to get familiar with Old Town. We rode the full loop in about 1:15 hrs and made note of places to return to over the next few days. But 1 day and get the 2nd day free with hop in/hop off service.

This is the best way to see and get around the island. There was a stop right in front of our hotel - SMOB where we could get on/off easily. The tour guide was very informative. We liked that you can get on and off kind of like a bus system. We actually took the tour and then used it... More

While visiting Key West we determined that taking the trolley was the best way to see the Island. First, directions from the ship to the trolley were confusing. We were told to go the the red building to catch the trolley. There was a trolley sitting across the street from the red building but there was no driver. We stood... More

The company Trusted Tours of America did refund our $52.00 when I telephoned them to say we could not use the tickets. The lines went around Mallory Square on the Tuesday we were in Key West. We were charged on April 7; refunded April 10.
